No this is actually the frist one I did not want to listen to in one sitting and I think it is because Molly annoys me.

The Best Dresden novel to date

At this point in his writing caareer , Mr. Butcher really seems to have grasped the nuances to elevaate his work from serviceable to good, and from good to great. His world has always had some interesting possibilities. With White Knight, he has begun to fulfill the promise of those possibilities.

Marsters is perfect (of course). Good story. Over the top action at the end as usual. If you like Dresden you won't be disappointing.

Road Trip Kryptonite

Got me through an 8 hour drive easily. The narrator is fantastic, skilled at accents and emoting.

Loved it!

Dresden Files are always good and comforting. The storylines are well planned and the characters have real depth.

Another good one

Every Harry Dresden story is a good romp through the Nevernever world of Chicago. This one focuses on the White Court and the mysterious suicide/murders of the moderately talented practitioners of magic. Elaine and Ramirez are back to help out and Molly continues to learn her craft. The Dresden Files are always a dependable way to enjoy a few hours and James Marsden is a wonderful reader.

Read well but technical issues

some breaks and gaps in audio recording. technical issues, but Marsters' performance is as great as ever.

When I purchased the first in the Desden Files series, it was a special offer, so I thought I'd give it a try. I just finished listening to Book #9 and purchased the 10th and can't wait to hear it. I can't believe that I waited until Book 9 to write a review, but now I want to let everyone know how delightful the series has become. The entire series continues to develop the character of Harry and adds new and interesting characters all the time, while keeping the plots exciting and moving right along. The narration has also gotten better with each book and Mr. Marsters creates just the right enviornment for the characters to develop and grow on you. This is pure entertainment if you enjoy fantasy and the exploration of human nature

little bit confusing compared to the other looks. multiple times I was lost. still good but not my favorite of the series.

The entire Dresden Filles collection is a fun, wry series weaving magic in with the real world. The fabulous characters & rich scene descriptions make each book unfold with the scope & excitement of a completed film. The Dresden Files has infinitely better writing than the writers of 'Reality:2020' and is narrated by a brilliant actor who gives the main character so much depth you'll be certain he's in your contacts list. I can't imagine a better time to be whisked away from reality with stories that go beyond entertainment by grabbing hold and pulling us all into living our own vivid, enthralling adventures.
