Publisher's summary

He's a vampire from the big city....

Phineas McKinney thought New York City was tough, until he was attacked by Malcontents - evil vampires who consider mortals to be snacks. Saved by the good vampires, Phin swore to devote his now undead life to stopping the Malcontents. He's got his job cut out for him when word comes that their enemy may be hiding in Wyoming. What does a city boy like him know about horses and campfires? Good thing he's got Brynley Jones with him... if only she didn't hate every vampire on earth.

She's a werewolf princess...

Bryn believes vampires are seductive and charming, and that makes them dangerous. So she's more than a little annoyed about teaming up with Phin, even if he is the only bloodsucker able to make her inner wolf purr. But as they hunt down the new leader of the Malcontents, danger threatens... and Phineas and Brynley discover a passion that will rock the foundation of their supernatural world.

FANTASTIC

TOOK ME A LITTLE TO GET INTO THE STORY BUT ONCE I DID IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I LOOK FOWARD TO THE NEXT BOOK. I WONDER HOW DIFFERENT EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE SINCE PHINEAS IS NO LONGER JUST A VAMP. TAHT SHOULD GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO LOOK FOWART TO.

ONE OF THE VERY BEST!!

If you could sum up Wanted: Undead or Alive in three words, what would they be?

This story has humor in the way that the "Love Doctor" pulls his little brother into McKay Security International. Adventure with Bryn when she tries to see her sister and it has a hook at the end with its unusual ending.

What other book might you compare Wanted: Undead or Alive to and why?

The closest book I can compare this to is the "Prey Eat Love". Both books show the angst in complicated relationshiips.

Have you listened to any of P. J. Ochlan’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I haven't listened to P. J. Ochlan before but I look forward to listening to him again. He really brings the characters to life with his shadings and voice inflextions.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

DON'T CRY WOLF . . TO A VAMPIRE!

finally, Phinneas' story!

I have loved reading and listening to this series from the beginning, and was so excited to hear that we were going to get The Love Doctor's story! I will be getting it from the library TO READ myself- because P.J.Ochlan is one of the most boring audible readers I have ever listened to. Phin grew up in the Bronx- had a tough childhood, got in trouble with the law, and was unwillingly changed to a vampire- he has a life's story- and this reader is about as vanillla and undimensional as a reader can get. When I read the book myself, I'm sure I will enjoy it immensely, but listening to it is quite the drag. Keep up the good work Ms Sparks, but please vet your readers better.

Did not care for the Narration

Would you try another book from Kerrelyn Sparks and/or P. J. Ochlan?

I would buy another Sparks book, but not the Narrator.

What did you like best about this story?

Great follow up on a good series, but the Narrator was terrible

How could the performance have been better?

No feelling for the characters he just read them. He was not in touch with "The Love Doctor" character from other books in the series.

Alright

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The person who does rhe narrating is horrible, Dr Fang is not portrayed like he was in the other books

What other book might you compare Wanted: Undead or Alive to and why?

None

How did the narrator detract from the book?

He made Dr Fang sound boring

Do you think Wanted: Undead or Alive needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Not if it has the same guy reading

Any additional comments?

I wish that it could have been someone better reading the book

Get rid of the brother

The story was good. But phineas brother was too stupid for me. Other than that the book was good.
