once more a great book I enjoy the book from the beginning to the end. love the slight cliff hanger at the end looks like mrm fox is making a habit of this lol but truthfully I loved the book can't wait till the next one hurry up Chris
The expanding pantheon. The first 2 books Gives you a few main characters. Now this book has the Egyptian pantheon and others( no spoilers)
Blair not making as many mistakes. having him kick Steve's ass.
All the different voices. He does a great job, man , women, wolf, beast ect...
you run a whole gambit of emotions.
This is another great story in the series. I wish it was 2-3x longer. Cant wait for the next one to come out
Vampires Don't Sparkle ranks right up there at the top with No Such Thing As Werewolves and No Mere Zombie. The stories are full of gripping adventure, and Ryan Kennard Burke does an amazing job with all the voices.
I love how Chris Fox steps outside the box to combine things like mythological gods with werewolves, zombies, and vampires, and does so in a way that involves science!
The "Previously on Deathless" as read by Ryan Kennard Burke had me cracking up! "Pew, pew, rawr, rawr, etc." I was dying of laughter!
Vampires Don't Sparkle is a fantastic third book in the Deathless series. Chris Fox has created an amazing world, weaving together so many different elements into a cohesive story. Can't wait to read more!

I have to start with “previously on Deathless” with the recap of No Such Thing as Werewolves and No Mere Zombie…..this was hilarious, and much needed as I had forgotten a lot from NSTW and NMZ (one of the problems when you listen to a lot of audio books).
So this is going to be a somewhat hard review to do without giving spoilers, but here we go. It was really cool to see the expanding pantheon of gods, some familiar and some not so familiar (while I like mythology I have not done a lot of reading about it). I loved seeing everything start to come together, the alliances made, and choices that some of the characters make. The interactions between Osiris, Isis and Ra were very interesting.
As usual, the narration by Ryan Kennard Burke was great. I am very happy that we have the same narrator for the series. As a listener I get very frustrated when they change narrators as you get used the voices of that the characters have already been given and it sucks when it changes. Anyway, he does a great job giving each character a very distinct voice.
It is the continuing roller coaster ride that started with No Such Thing as Werewolves and for some reason I thought the story would be ending here but the ride just keeps on going…I found myself laughing a lot and also gripping the steering wheel throughout the telling of this installment, which is always a good sign. The ending, while not quite a cliffhanger still leaves you wanting more, so again I will wait impatiently for the next book….I keep telling myself not to start a series until it is complete because I hate the waiting…oh well. So go out and start this series and you won’t be disappointed

I like that he's used the same narrator for the entire series, that's a HUGE plus for me.
I've REALLY enjoyed all of the books Chris Fox has made, especially the Deathless series.
None, it's it's own thing...
He's been along for the whole ride, this book just wouldn't have been the same without him, no matter how excellent of a narrator was brought on.
Yes, but that's pretty hard to do. I got it completed within a week though...
I'm looking forward to the next book, as well as the other stories he's working on getting on Audible.com
This sorry was amazing just because how smooth the story was and also how action packed it all was! I am for sure looking forward to the great pack! Also the new book is on its way. Finally I recommend this book to anyone that is into history the supernatural and post apocalyptic stories!
First of all, the 'last time on Deathless' segment is hilarious. I did just finish No Mere Zombie recently, and I wouldn't dare skip over that section.
Everything is totally coming together now, and I'm super excited for everything to come!
Very well written. Very difficult to put down, even when I couldn't commit as much time to it as I wanted to. Narrator nails it yet again. Fun times. Can't wait for more!
