Classic Story. Genderless narration is awkward.
This would be much more enjoyable for me if a male read the male dialogue and a female read the female dialogue. Even so, I really enjoy listening to the audiobook... and I've already read the series three times. Would love to see this as a graphic audio book.

Long Time Fan
Hello! So I think I may have listened to this series 2 times already and currently working on the 3rd with my wife. I love these books because of my dad. When I was young he used to read these books to me and now that I'm always on the go I love that I have the audio books. Even though this is my 3rd time going though and I have a very good idea of what to expect at any time I still love it and get excited just thinking about it!
On a side note, I told my friend to read this series for 15 years now and he finally started reading it. He loved it so much he ended up reading all the books in a few months!

Just, wow.
This was my first real experience delving into an audiobook and let me just say I am glad I did. I’ve always loved to read, but felt I didn’t have the time for it so I decided to give this a shot because I’ve heard great things about TWoT. AMAZING. An absolute great work of fantasy with a great Job by the narrator. I highly recommend for anyone interested in fantasy or audiobooks in general.

Epic story. Mediocre narration.
I immediately fell in love with the story line. I am an avid Fantasy Epic reader and quickly get immersed into the worlds I listen to. When the author chooses words like "bloody" as slang cursing, I fully expect the narrator to have an English or British accent or something close. It is a good enough story to continue on despite this obvious error by the audiobooks publisher, but it's something to think about. Also, using a female narrator randomly for 2 or 3 chapters involving a single character really throws off the groove. I dont know what they were thinking but... if I didn't love the story I would stop here. However, this epic is nothing to turn away from. Read on I shall!
