Good end to a great series

A long wait but a good end ro an excellent series. Can't wait for the next series

I Loved It

There are times when I wish I didn't read reviews and this book was one of those times. I loved this book, I found it greatly entertaining and an excellent close to the Demon Cycle. I am, however, not someone who keeps a scorecard of whether all the 'rules of the magical system' are perfectly consistent within a world build nor do I worry over whether each and every cord is tied off perfectly within a story. I guess I'm just an old girl that enjoys a rippin' good yarn and these 5 books did it for me. Take from that what you will. Thank you Mr. Brett, especially for the ending. I finished this series as I was sitting here in my cozy shawl crocheting a blanket for my first grandbaby that my daughter is expecting around Halloween. Now I'm gonna go back and read those little side stories that I didn't get to yet and I'm looking forward to more of your work in the future. I hope you're busy writing, it's not nice to disappoint a nana. <3

great story

the fifth book is a true gem. the story was masterfully crafted and the narration was even better.

Well worth the listen

If you haven't listened to the first four in the series, do so asap and then come back! This is an amazing story from start to end. Fair warning - it's not for the feint of heart. I have laughed and cried and paused the story to reflect and collect myself. Peter V. Brett has built an amazing world that you get to see from many different angles and Pete Bradbury brings it beautifully to life.

Really great story, characters and awesome narrating! Would definitely recommend to fans of fantasy novels.

This book had plenty of characters to go through, but I loved each and every one of them. I was so drawn in by the dialogue and how well the world was painted for you.

The core: demon cycle, book

This book was a fantastic story and very well read.
However i thought there was way too much unnecessary graphic descriptions of sex acts which could have bern avoided without detracting from the story line. There was some in the other books but this one seemed to be taken to a whole new level and i was very disappointed in the author Very definitely this is an adult book
