collin! narrator botched it.

Story was ok. get this if you want to continue to say kaylan after everytime he says collin. like another reviewer says, 10 min in you'll stop, and read the reviews again and wonder why the narrator pronounces his a's like an idiot. I am so very disappointed, it made the story unbearable to say the least. although there are many more books after this and many open ends that hint to more excitement I think I'm done with audible after this. there is obviously no attention to detail or quality control. I'm so frustrated I could die.

Love the book... reader on the other hand

Temple of the winds is a great book in the sword of truth series! Read it twice and then now listening to it again. I have not liked how there has been a different reader in every book, but the others have been ok. However Dick Hill pronounces every name wrong. Or at least differently than all the others and while not horrible it’s just annoying.

For Real???

I am only part-way through book 4, and boy, it's SOOOOOO hard to listen to! I really enjoyed book 1s narrator, Sam Tsoutsouvas, the most. It took a bit to get used to them, but I even enjoyed book 2 and 3s narrators, Jim Bond and Buck Schirner. But this guy, Dick Hill, I mean...really?? Like another reviewer stated, I too thought they were introducing a new character, Colin(?), at the beginning of book 4. How was this acceptable as well as accepted for the offical audio book? It's DRIVING ME NUTS every single time he pronounces Kahlan's name!! Ugh, not to mention the voices he gives the characters, especially the women like Kahlan. He makes them sound so weak and pathetic. So glad I used a free credit to get this book, I'd be even more pissed had I paid for it! But I'm still not thrilled of losing a credit for this. This one SHOULD be FREE, P.E.R.I.O.D.

And of course, you can't skip this book, so many more hours of this crap before I can move on!

I enjoy the store but not this narrator

The narrator pronounced names differently which made the story harder to follow. I'm looking forward to the next book with the previous narrator.

WHO IS COLIN!!!!????

I could deal with the rest of this narration except the pronunciation of Kahlan!! It was really annoying throughout the entire book to here him say Colin.

loved the temple of the Winds as a continuation of the series. the story kept me entranced and not wanting to put the book down.

Good story terrible narration

We need the guy who narrated the first book to do the whole series! The mispronunciation of names was distracting in this book.
