Star Wars at it’s best
This story feels much like a Star Wars story, and honors the storytelling of George Lucas and the interesting characters he has created. The new characters are good here too. If you have read the first two books in the Thrawn Trilogy then you will no doubt enjoy this one too. Marc Thompson adds a lot of excitement to some of the key chapters in this book. Overall this is my favorite Star Wars book yet.

Great series
If you are reading this book you have already bought into the story. That being said it is a fitting and eventful end to the series. As a women I was unimpressed with the range of emotions in the female characters who always sounded weak or mad. Otherwise the performance is spectacular.
