Great Read, From Beginning To End!
I loved this Trilogy! (I refer not only to this book, but to the entire Thrawn Trilogy because in my opinion it cannot be judged except as a whole)
It continued the Star Wars experience for me and kept me hooked form beginning to end.
Marc Thompson has a real way with the voices of each character, very convincing!
I think it is a great "first place" to begin after you have watched episodes 1-6. You do not have to have read any of those books to enjoy these.

Amazing
The story is awsome. They should have used this author to write the last 3 episodes of the movies and the first 3 because they all suck!!! especially the last 3. Horrible. Disney needs to hire this writer for anymore SW movies. The narrator voices are superb!! The way he narrates with such passion and near the characters from the movies is unmatched. 6 stars!!!!!

Performance to match the Incredible Story
The story is well paced, not rushed, nor too slowly developed. the characterizations are well done, and new characters well developed. And the narrator is so very good with character voices. Add the music and sound effects, and it adds up to an incredible audio experience.
