Love the story and the narrators voice
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I am a huge fan of Dresden and Mercy Thompson books and I am always on the outlook for similar books. Yippy! I will be listening to this entire series. Hope that when I am finished that I can find another series. I really like the narrator!

Excellent Supernatural Thriller.
What other book might you compare Skinwalker to and why?
I would compare Skinwalker to the Dresden Files books or the Walker Papers.
What about Khristine Hvam’s performance did you like?

A GREAT READ
This story is great as audio
Have read the series many times,but the audio pace kept me visualizing things I did not remember ftom the times reading the book. Antthing by Faith Hunter is a delight.

enjoyed the audio a lot
I really liked this performance. good story, good performance. a few pronunciations were weird. but they might be correct. I'm from central Louisiana not new Orleans

Predictable but you don't care
If you enjoy the Kim Harrison Hollow books, you will find the same flavor here. The story is another sexy vampire hunter story but done skillfully, with a narrator that fits the character well. The story moves along and you are not bored waiting for action. It is hard to come up with anything really new as there are soooooo many supernatural series out there now, but this one feels fresh and fun, not too heavy and sad even though it is loaded with death. I fully intend to purchase some more in this series. A good curl up on the couch read.

So good we had to download book two
What made the experience of listening to Skinwalker the most enjoyable?
First audio book for my husband. He really liked the narrator. A great performance by Khristine! Love the genre and we were looking for that perfect book that each of us could enjoy on our road trip. Found it!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Jane/Beast was very well written and performed. Completely likable character, you want her to kick vamp butt.
Have you listened to any of Khristine Hvam’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This was our first time listening to a book perfomed by Khristine Hvam, made the experience enjoyable

Good!
An interesting start to a series. I like it and it's good. But not really thrilled with the romance subplot. I love a good romance in my urban fantasy but I don't particularly like realistic romantic BS in my urban fantasy. But the story was good.

Great series with a Native American theme. A "SkinWalker" - a native American magical being who can change into almost any mid sized animal.
