What did you love best about One Bite With a Stranger?
Not only was there a lot of hot sex, but it was funny as well. I thoroughly enjoyed this listen.
What other book might you compare One Bite With a Stranger to and why?
Maybe similar to Georgina the succubus series. There are mortals and immortals, friends and a love story!
What about Kate Reading’s performance did you like?
I thought she did a great Russian accent, all her characters were well defined and developed their own personality! Great job!

I thought I liked the print version, but
I've read most of the books in this series and didn't remember a part I didn't like. Well, maybe I'm out of step, but the "c" word does not say "romance" to me. It's used repeatedly in this book, making me cringe each time.
It was a little slow to start, but I stuck with it because, like I said, I read the print version some years ago. The supernatural parts of the story are fairly good so I will probably try the next book in the series.
The narrator was a little slow to start as well, but she got better as the book went along.

This is an amazing start to an amazing series.
Dimitri Vidame is a sexy, slavic, dominant vampire and, well... is there really anything on this Earth better than that? While some may say there is too much sex in this book, or that it is too graphic, I find that I disagree. The sex scenes fit the plot of this book (i.e. the "Fantasy Fix") so downplaying them would make no sense. Besides, Regina is a fiery, defiant woman and she certainly does not make dominating easy for Dimitri.
The narration jarred me a bit in the beginning and I will be the first to admit it took me a good 2 chapters to get used to. But once she hit her stride - Lord have mercy, her impression of Dimitri nearly had me sweating and her russian in HIS voice... that should be illegal.
This book is a fantastic introduction to Christine Warren's "Others" world and it still continue to be my favorite even after reading some of the others as well. 10/10

This one was a real let down...
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
No... boring... I like my romance novels with more romance... no a multi-chapter endless sex scene..
What was most disappointing about Christine Warren’s story?
Did not give me enough story within the Others world... almost like this one was outside of it... just went on and on and on in an endless very graphic sex scene... it's a porno without the video to back it up
What does Kate Reading bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Kate Reading does a great job with the voice over work... she can't help what she was given to work with...
Do you think One Bite With a Stranger needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
I've read other books in this series that I was very impressed with... then the order of the series was changed and this was made to be book 1. I hope there will be no more like this one...

Really enjoyed this PR book.
This book was a wonderful change from this other P R books a lot of the books I have listened to in the past always have the female run away from their mates. This was a refreshing change and worth the credit. Will buy all of the other books in this series.

Great New Series
Christine Warren is getting a great start for me on this series. I read the second book first, which was fantastic, but I am listening to the first one to get to know how the story started. I really like her viewpoint/story on vampires and shape shifters. I recommend this book for a nice fun read.

Funny!
My friend recommended this story to me and I am so glad that she did. Kate Reading does an amazing job with the narratoriation. I normally do not enjoy books with one narrator, but she does a great job creating a voice for each character. She also has great comedic timing. I didn't have to use a credit for this book because it was apart of the Escape Package, but I would have been happy to use a credit on this book.
