Delay
The book is another delay of the main story. Not bad story though. Kinda boring at times. Just going off on tangents to delay and extend story. I’m sure it’s to sell more books for money.

Another Excellent Story
After a mid-series slump, I've really enjoyed the 2nd half of book 7 and all of book 8. The logic is sound, and the fantasy is plausible - and magical.

Good listen
Tends to get a little too descriptive at times, but if you just continue listening adds to the story. Jim Bond was much better narrating this time than he was on one of the earlier books in this series. He must have read the reviews! Overall good listen!

Narrator is much better
Jim had gotten better at narration of the last couple books. Really liked the story. Listening to the growth of Richard and Kahlan is awesome.

Loved it!
