High quality production. Different than True Blood. Loved the Mercy Thompson series....I really love this one too. Maybe more? 😅 Good twist, to the end. It kept me guessing.

Publisher’s Summary is completely wrong
I was almost a little scared to listen to this one based on the description because of how bad it would be if the Marrok was actually killed. Nothing like that even happens. The real story is great.
When Anna and Charles go to Seattle to meet with the European werewolves to discuss their concerns about opening up to the public, they find that someone is trying to kill Omegas. And now they’re after Anna in particular. So they have to figure out who it is before Anna becomes the next victim.
We meet a lot of great side characters that I wish we had seen more of, and have to delicately traverse some werewolf politics, but it sets up a lot as far as what Charles really does as his fathers enforcer. I love how much Anna and Charles are really hitting their stride and starting to understand the nuances of being an omega and being married to an omega. I like the character growth on both their parts.
Overall it’s definitely worth the listen. Holster Graham has really grown on me as a narrator. I think I’ll have to find more books narrated by him because I like his character voices and his narrating style.

I would (and have) listened to every book in the Mercy verse back to back for weeks at a time. I can't recommend this writer any more than I already have, Briggs is simply amazing

Alpha and omega great story
Charles and Anna are fun and relatable characters.
Holter Graham does a fantastic job bringing the story to life.

I love this series
Well written and set in the Pacific NW. I love that even though Anna is an Omega she consistently kicks ass. I also like the fact that Charles and Anna’s relationship continues to evolve.

Would you listen to Hunting Ground again? Why?
I would...it was great...it flowed perfectly and I was completely enthralled!
What other book might you compare Hunting Ground to and why?
As I have said before these books are a mix of Cat and Bones and the Werewolf series by Molly Harper....
What does Holter Graham bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I like his narration...he is excellent and very enjoyable!

Oh yes...several....the ending being one of them...

I should have listened to this series long ago....right after I discovered Mercy....Because I love it just as much!! On to book 3!!! 2 thumbs up and a highly recommend from me!!!!
