Like a nice glass of lemonade, Refreshing
As usual Luke Daniels rocks the narration, albeit this one is more subdued, and the story is a refreshing take on the supernatural in a modern setting.

Great book! Meh reader.
I've read the paperback countless times and got nostalgic, so I picked this up. As always the book itself is a good story well told with good engaging characters. The only problem is the Narrator, good God man there's something called inflection, please try to read different characters as different characters. All the characters sound the same, not the same voice exactly, but everyone talks like a bored teenager reading to their little sibling.
TlDr: You should get it, but don't expect an amazing performance

Great Druid Story
This is one of the best books I've heard in a long time. Love the intermingling of old world mythos and magic into the modern era. Love the protagonist and his compaion!! Definitely moving on to the next book in the series.

I really liked it
While the narrator is a bit flat, I do really like the story. I like it enough to want to move on to the second book but not just yet. I need a break from the narration. I enjoy these types of stories with ages old magick, witches, faeries, druids, and lore. If that’s your style, you’ll like it, too.

Excellent book ehhh narrator
I loved the book, flew thru it in just under a day! The narrator I sm nit crazy about, especially in the early chapters, he gets better towards the end of the book, but still has a bit of monotone IMO to his voice, sone characters he does well with others nit as much! The book it’s self is extremely excellent, there is a lot of mythology ti follow, and at times with the way the narrator reads it I had rewind to get the full extent! I did enjoy it even with a ehhhh narrator!
