Brilliant
If you love the Kate Daniels series, you have to listen to this one. In this book, Andrea is the main character and grows so much. It is funny, emotional, full of action and just one of thoes books you would want to listen to again and again.
I love Renee Raudman as well. She is one of my favorites!! You can't go wrong with this book, or any of the Kate Daniels books!!

Another great Ilona Andrews book
This writing duo is always great and this book stays consistent with their style. Rich in mythology, but not just the basic Greek, Roman or Norse - lots of older myths that you may or may not really know much about, so it's much more interesting. I enjoyed the book a lot and thought the narrator was good. I thought I wasn't going to like her at first, but I forgot about it and just enjoyed... Where was "Magic Gifts"?
If you could sum up Gunmetal Magic in three words, what would they be?
Funny.Romantic.Gruesome.

She is the best! Each voice is perfect in it's characterization and she's consistant all the way through.

Missing free novella
What made the experience of listening to Gunmetal Magic the most enjoyable?
This was a great book, but buy it through ITunes not through Audible as the Audible one is missing the free novella - Magic Gifts.

Entertaining!
I have read and enjoyed Ilona Andrews in the past, so with Gunmetal Magic came up on a $4.95 sale, I purchased it without reading the description. I was thoroughly entertained by Andrea's (the main character) aggressive behavior and her explosive relationship with Raphael. The storyline itself was okay, but really the characters and their personal interactions were the most amusing. I later realized that this book is #6 in the Kate Daniels Series. I'm not sure I will go back and listen to #1-5, but would recommend this read for anyone looking for a light-hearted romantic fantasy.

Great story, read well
Where does Gunmetal Magic rank among all the audiobooks you???ve listened to so far?
Matches well with the other Ilona Andrews books.
