Entertaining
Did enjoy! Somewhat unrealistic but entertaining non the less. I did however like the cast and have listened to the whole series before. My wife tells me I'm crazy because I have a get home bag.

Great story but lots of language.
Great story. Listened to the audio while working around the house. My son and daughter wanted to listen, but to much bad language. The language used I'm sure made it more realistic but it does limit the audience. I like stories that make you think. It was a bit hard to follow when it switched between characters and I think a better job could have been done with that. But over all a good story.

Awesome book!
Awesome book! A tiny bit “dry” at times but always kept me eager to keep listening. I just purchased the next book in the series! I love books like this bc I can only handle so much of this “out there” books that use 10 adjectives per sentence... lol

GREAT STORY LINE AND CHARACTERS
as someone who actively searches for all survival genre twice or more a month, this one is a score. A great story and delivery was well done. The only critique I have is that I often found myself confused when the narrative switched from one groups story to the next and to the next. No clear break in between. one second I was with the main character, the next sentence starts with someone else's story. kept rewinding to make sure I heard it correctly. other than that, I'll get every installment I can as I really enjoyed this book. check it out. thumbs up

the book started out strong but closer to the end it was getting harder to differentiate the different characters he was talking about nice construction that storyline keeps you in there with the story can't wait to get the second books
