    EXCELLENT,
So sad to see the end of this excellent trilogy, a well rounded and hopeful completion to such an innovative story line. Fully recommend it

Really believable and easy to get immersed in. I would give Wool 10/10, Shift 5/10 and Dust 8/10.

"A great conclusion to a great series"

The final part by Hugh Howey is a great ending to the Silo Series. It joins the first two books together even more while providing momentum with the main story.

The story proceeds at a good pace and while some of the situations have been encountered before, the outcome is a little different this time around.

The ending was exactly what i was expecting and wanting. While not radical, it did end the series well. It could also set up more books/short stories in the future.
I really enjoy the approach of smaller, self contained books put together. Wool was an eye opener. Dust lacked this a little, but it did not bother me too much.

I listened to the Audio book. Susannah Harker narrated the book again (she also did Wool). While I would have liked a little more variance in the voices of the characters, she did a good enough job for me.

I look forward to Howeys next series.

"Dust to dust - the end"

Back to pace and suspense of Wool I really enjoyed Dust picking up where Wool left me in the silo and I was absorbed again! It ended all too soon.

Susannah Harker is perfect and as with Wool continued her exceptional narration and great characterization.

If you could sum up Dust in three words, what would they be?

    Uplifting, spellbinding, Inspirational.

Who was your favorite character and why?

    .

Have you listened to any of Susannah Harker’s other performances? How does this one compare?

I missed Susannah reading book 2 (Shift) and was so pleased she was brought back for Dust. Very easy to listen to.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Oh the intrigue and deception and revelation. There are many high points so I won't post any spoilers.

    Any additional comments?

Dust is the logical conclusion of a trilogy that I just took a 'punt' on. What a great punt that was. I was devastated to hear 'This was an Audible production....' No more Wool Trilogy.

    "Weakest of the trilogy"
Would you listen to Dust again? Why?

No, it was not a well written book, simply a means to end the trilogy

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

The story did not hold up to expectation and was simply a means to conclude the trilogy story. On its own not great, as a book end, it was ok

What three words best describe Susannah Harker’s performance?

    Ok at best

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

    Nope!

    Any additional comments?

Only read to finish the trilogy

    "Well worth a listen"

A really good conclusion to the series. Well worth a listen, even if you think the second book gave you enough of the answers - this clears it all up and has a good storyline.

What made the experience of listening to Dust the most enjoyable?

I have listened to the first 2 books in this series in the last couple months and to find out a third was due to be released was very exciting! This book holds up to the first 2 as you travel on a journey with Jules as she struggles to lead her Shiloh and do what is right, not what is popular! I listened to this book in 4 days it was very good! I got to one very important part with a main child character and had to stop it and decide do I want to continue or was it time to stop as the uncertainty of what could happen was so great! It was like a Hitchcock book nothing was said bad it was just the insinuation that bad things could be said in the near future! I sincerely hope the journey doesn't end here as it is left open for a 4th book!

What other book might you compare Dust to, and why?

Novels by Michael Connolly and Ian rankin if you like following characters in books and series and see how they continue through life

What does Susannah Harker bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

A VERY good narrative that brings the characters to life

If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

    The next hunger games
