I honestly didn't think I was gonna get into the story but it really hooked me. The writing was great even though it was short but still excellent.
The characters are great and set up just right to where they have an excellent chemistry with each other. Overall, it is a great tale about an infamous she private captain falling for the noble Lord with a tragic family story that will make you cry.
I do hope the rest of the book series make it to Audible!
