Entertaining
This is a fun story! I love the Jane character! I would have given 5 stars for the story but the Beast character is a little off putting for me. I think it might be the first person dialogue, but it makes sense with the story. Definitely a thrilling ride!

SEE JANE GO
Okay so let me create an image. Sit on a front porch. Jane, on her motorcycle drives by. Then she drives by again. You watch her drive back and forth and each time she's learned a little or done something. Add in what you learned from the last book but make it a slightly paler version of the characters and VOILA! Book 2.
I do enjoy these books. But I also enjoy character growth. I have a feeling we won't see much of that with Jane. But you know, the Ms Marple books are awesome despite a constantly same plot line with only different characters and twists. At least we established a love triangle! Worth a credit if you're liking the series... I still like the Mercy Thompson books better.

I have listened to the entire series so far and have enjoyed it very much. I hope there will be many more books to this great series. I will be purchasing them as soon as they come out. :)

my favourite series
This is the tird time I have read/listened the series. Faith has created the character Jane, a warrior, fearless and powerful, unique from others.The story is addictive. Keep on writing Faith Hunter.

Even better than the first
I love the character development and the emotion that is packed into this tale. The discoveries that Jane makes about herself, the vampire world, and the way her relationships build are captivating.
I love Khristine Hvam's narration! Her accent is gorgeous and she adds just the right amount of harmony and sass when necessary.
