Publisher's summary

A stunning and suspenseful new landscape emerges in the thrilling Dark-Hunter world—a world where nothing will ever be the same again. . .

Fang Kattalakis isn't just a wolf. He is the brother of two of the most powerful members of the Omegrion: the ruling council that enforces the laws of the Were-Hunters. And when war erupts among the lycanthropes, sides must be chosen. Enemies are forced into shaky alliances. And when the woman Fang loves is accused of betraying her people, her only hope is that Fang believes in her. Yet in order to save her, Fang must break the law of his people and the faith of his brothers. That breech could very well spell the end of both their races and change their world forever.

The war is on and time is running out...

Love in vein: listen to another Dark-Hunter novel.

Critic reviews

“The influx of feeling and emotion gained by the audio over the print was amazing. My main problem was that I found myself laughing out loud and missing parts of the conversation because I was still shaking my head at the witty remarks from the characters…” —Bitten by Books

“Bad Moon Rising is remarkable for many reasons...The story is mostly in Fang's point of view and narrator Holter Graham imbued him with a full emotional scale.” —SoundCommentary.com

Another great book!

Any additional comments?

I loved Amy and Fang's story! The book back tracked a little in the beginning but that filled in some blank spots. I am glad that Holter Graham is back the last two books narrators were not my favorite.

Love this book had no doubt I would.

The world we know always seems to get better and better like a fine wine with age. I love to learn more and more about the characters and the many worlds, secrets, lives everyone we encounter Sherrilyn does justice every single time without fail or doubt. I love this woman with all my heart and soul and meeting her only made everything that much more electrifying!!!

😭😭

The second best in the series. I cried. Explained so many missing pieces. And great job on the narrators part. Can’t wait to continue the rest of the series. Thank you author!

I said it once and I will say it again, I LOVE Holter Graham.

Holter Graham and Fred Berman are the heart and soul of these audiobooks. Whole I do like a couple of the other narrators those two are my favorites and bring the characters to life in a way that others have not. Especially Holter Graham!!! Mostly because of the Chronicles, but still. I LOVE THESE BOOKS!!!

Can't get enough of the Wolves!

What did you love best about Bad Moon Rising?

Fang and Vane of course. I love the Were Hunter characters (maybe more) as much as I love the Dark Hunter characters. I liked that this book was written in time with Night Play - Vane's story. I actually went and relistened to that story again.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Bad Moon Rising?

Amy and Fang finally being able to mate. And the very end...I won't give it away for those who have not read it, but I was shocked and knew that No Mercy was going to be a good one (and it was)!

What about Holter Graham’s performance did you like?

Hotler is one of my fav's...I only listen to these books when either he or Fred are the narrators.

Nothing Bad About This Book

Kenyon's Dark Hunter world gets hotter with each installment. You can't go wrong with any of her books, and on audio they are even more sexy with the character's accents. Excellent, professional narration. *Important to read this series in order*

Started with this book

can't remember why, maybe it was one of the cheaper promos... gotta say, i loved the narration! Holter Graham has one of those voices i enjoy listening to. i also enjoyed the idea of this book, and the one area i wished had been downplayed was the descriptive, and sometimes lengthy, sexual situations. i'd rather have some things left to the imagination, although it is not the worst i've listened to by any stretch of the imagination.
but, even though i thought there was too much time given to the love life, or lack thereof, of the main characters, i really enjoyed listening to this one.
i am concerned about the multiple narrators in this series...for me the narrator makes or breaks a book, and Holter Graham has become the heart of this series for me. ( as with the Dresden Files, changing the narrator breaks the spell of the series...)
