Publisher's summary

Now an original series starring Rosamund Pike as Moiraine!

Since its debut in 1990, The Wheel of Time® by Robert Jordan has captivated millions of readers and listeners around the globe with its scope, originality, and compelling characters.

The Wheel of Time turns and Ages come and go, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth returns again. In the Third Age, an Age of Prophecy, the World and Time themselves hang in the balance. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the Shadow.

The seals of Shayol Ghul are weak now, and the Dark One reaches out. The Shadow is rising to cover humankind.

In Tar Valon, Min sees portents of hideous doom. Will the White Tower itself be broken?

In the Two Rivers, the Whitecloaks ride in pursuit of a man with golden eyes, and in pursuit of the Dragon Reborn.

In Cantorin, among the Sea Folk, High Lady Suroth plans the return of the Seanchan armies to the mainland.

In the Stone of Tear, the Lord Dragon considers his next move. It will be something no one expects, not the Black Ajah, not Tairen nobles, not Aes Sedai, not Egwene or Elayne or Nynaeve.

Against the Shadow rising stands the Dragon Reborn....

i just wish he would have told his father

i just wish he would have told his father, Nynaeve and perhaps Perrin. Nynaeve might learn of it from the 3 or maybe from Cadsuane. but, then again she might not or perhaps Moraine will tell her. im still not sure if she knows or not. but, she wont tell tam or Perrin she'l leave that up to rand, if she knows that is. i also wish for more on how mat will reclaim seanchan. you could make a whole book or three about that alone and then theres the sharans. what will become of them? a book about life after the end would be nice too a small book told in the form of the prologue when we followed the wind, detailing life after the great war and what became of the world after the end. and will the dark lord break free again like he always does continuing the turning of the wheel of time. good, and evil, balanced? or is it finally over? i suppose only Jordan could have answered these. but, sometimes i wish Brandon Sanderson would give us all of these things even i know he wont. that he cant, not really. it was Jordans choice. but, hes dead now, so i suppose its his wifes choice now. i just wish that she would have gave us more. he had to have talked with her about it, right? in any case i suspect she made the best choice she could and i suspect we'll just have to finish it how we see best and how we think it would have been done were Jordan still here.

Amazing series

Flawlessly written, incredibly well-narrated, a very awesome high-fantasy piece of work. If you're a fan of GoT or LOTR - this series is a must. Can't wait for the Prime series to be released!

Wish I could give more stars…

Last book. Devastated that the story is over. Sanderson did an amazing job, and I will greatly miss these characters. I will read more books by Sanderson…but as I mostly only have time to listen to audiobooks…I hope to find as wonderful a narrator as both Michael Kramer and Kate Reading. I never realized how incredibly hard it must be to evenly portray so many characters as these two did with such great success. I have returned quite a few books because I found the voice reading them to be too hard to listen to…but never with these two. They were excellent choices. Thank you for this story.

EGWENE!!

This made me cry....but it did make sense. I will have to reread in about 20 years. Brandon... I hesitated reading after Robert died because I didn't think the last would be as good as the beginning. I was wrong. Thanks.

An Epic ending.

On my 15th re-read of the entire series and I still love it. I think this ending has more Jordan than Sanderson in it. While Brandon is known for his finale, this had more gravitas. Reminded me of the prophecies, but for over 1k pages. Looking forward to the TV show.

I enjoyed every book in the series and this one is a fitting end. It is a massive book series but I will likely re listen many times.

One of the best fantasy books ever but.

It is one of the best fantasy books ever even though I've struggled from time to time to get throu them all but it is worth it, defenetly. I would've love a much better conversion from book to series because this story is immense in all its glory!
