My boy Roy really grew on me.

Amazing, engrossing and fascinating
What does Roy Dotrice bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
An amazing actor, but it was not until I got to the 4th book that I had a different reader that I truly appreciated his talent.

Better than Book II
This was a further development of those characters which survived from book I. Ned is no longer with us, but this adds to the curiosity of "WHAT NEXT". Having established the characters, the numerous subplots are more richly developed into each story keeping this avid reader wanting more at the end. The only negative, and this is a persoanl issue, I do not like singing on an audiobook so I tend to turn down the volume on these. Otherwise, outstanding writing and narrator!!

Beautiful and painful
I loved most of this book and completely hated a few parts. I cheered the heroes and raged against the villains. I think most will really enjoy this book. It has a lot of dark parts and a few days of light.
