For the long ti.e mystery fan, this title is too predictable. I listened to the first part to give it a good chance woke t of I, slept through the rest it. I did listen to the last few chapters
to see how it turned out.- found a twist I did not expect. So., I gave this 3.
Turned to Dust bt this author was a lot better.

Enjoyable reader, but lackluster story.

I kept waiting for it to get better as one of the authors books was on a suggested reading list. But it never did. The characters felt flat and the story was as trite and threadbare as the author's overuse of the word "threadbare". I'm fairly certain this same storyline has been covered by every crime procedural ever broadcast.
