The story continues

This book 6 in the New Species series does not let you down. Laurann does an excellent job of the uniqueness of each of her characters in each of her books. You would think the story would be redundant in each book, but it isn't. She gives you suspense, thriller, romance and sex, as usual. I find it difficult to stop listening to each of her books until I am finished. Then she gives us a peak at the first chapter of the next book, which hooks me every time. Love her books. I'm not tired of them yet and looking forward to the next one.

This book gives us more of the horrors that New Species males were abused with.
Wrath joins the joint task force along with his friend Shadow and another male Vengeance to help track and capture Mercile Industries employees.
Lauren is an estate agent and works with Brent/Bill who worked for Mercile. The task force believes she is his girlfriend. Lauren explains she only works with him but agrees to help them capture Brent/Bill.
Wrath saves Lauren from being attacked by Vengeance and keeps her with him to protect her. They grow close and when Lauren is kidnapped, Wrath and the team save her, though Lauren is very clever in how she helps in her own rescue. They also rescue more New Species who are being held.
I loved how these two overcome Wraths traumatic past and became mates.
I have owned and read this series from the beginning and re-read it often. It never ceases to be enjoyable reading.
I have reviewed them previously but there has been a problem with reviews disappearing. I understand how important reviews are for authors and as it is no hardship to read them once again, I am writing reviews as I work through the series.

I love these books!

the series is wonderful. I ate up every book so far and have laughed and cried and been on the edge of my seat through them. wonderful job!

Can’t Get Enough New Species!

I can’t get enough of these new species love stories. Each couple has very much their own love story so the series doesn’t get old. Dohner’s world building is strong and I like this series but... I read the ebooks for the first three books in this series. Since I cannot read right now but want to finish the series, I’m listening to the audio version of the rest of the series but I’m definitely not loving the narrator’s take on male voices. It’s getting worse with each book. Read the ebook if you can!

Best kind of roommates.

I enjoy this series, but it does have a repetitive plot as the others in the series. New Species meets girl, falls head over heels then she gets kidnapped and he has to rescue her. But obviously I'm still listening so it show that I still enjoy the stories and I will continue to listen to the rest of the series. It is genius to put the first chapter of the next book on the end of each book, it makes me want to read the next one immediately. Same narrator, she does a good job.

Still love this series

Wow, what a crazy story, really enjoyed the direction author took and narration was very good. On to the next book

My Favorite One!!!!

Another great addition to this HOT Series. I love Lauren, she is not little 130 lb little thing, but a 160 lb female with curves, which I can truly relate to. I was laughing, crying, in suspense, and loved the HOT SCENES!!!!! Also, LD gives a 30 minute glimpse into the next book at the end of each of hers...I CAN'T Stop Listening...Scared its going to end soon.

Hurry and just download...you will love as much as I do. You will go to bed with dreams of a new species in your life. If they are out there...come get me...lol.

I love this series. I have read them over and over. the stories are exciting and oh so romantic.
