Robert Petkoff is perfect!

I absolutely love the IAD series but even more so because of the narrator! He brings to life all the characters with different accents! I love him!

I can listen again and again.

Bowen and Mariketa are so wonderful together. Its a fabulous enemies to lovers story. She’s such a fabulous witch. Her coming into her own as the Awaited One is so fun to see. Bowen is a guy in need of some serious evolution, and boy does he get it. His character growth is truly impressive. His suffering throughout the story is as delicious as the evil sorceress claims, but then he becomes a hero who desperately deserves his beloved witch. I’m utterly in love with them both.

I like this series more than any other -- the books are great. The characters are witty and compassionate. The writing is smart, snappy and fun. The women are strong and powerful -- no whiners. But they're also soft and happy to love the right man. It's a good balance. And the conflict the author has created in her world between the characters is very credible -- and very clever.

Hot & Addicting!

So, this is something you buy so that you have something to jog to... And then ten hours later you're walking around the house, jogged, your house cleaned, and the headphones are still in--this book will not release you.

I've already read the whole series, but it's addicting enough that I could read it several times. Kresley Cole's amazing.

That being said, Robert Petkoff does a REALLY great performance here. Great accents the whole way, and his voice is fantastic and his delivery is awesome EXCEPT for the voice of Carrow, who sounds in this version like a smoker half a step from emphysema... Hopefully he ditches that voice before he ever does "Demon from the Dark". :) Other than that, fantastic!

Rydstrom, he brings comic relief and is the voice of some reason.

I have listen to all I can, and it was just as awesome.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Bowen was standing on the porch and his witch was watching from the mirror and new he was conflicted about doing the right thing but wanted her still more than anything else.

I love Cole's books and love the immortals after dark series!! I just wish they had all of the books in audio, it's just so much easier and simpler to listen to while driving back and forth hee hee
Well, I loved the characters, the way the story developed, and I loved Bowen :)
Mr. Petkoff has done a super great job with the narration! I love the accent, the intonation, the voices.... I wish he could narrate a lot of the females books that I've been getting. I've not been lucky, but I haven't found any female one that I thought did a good job yet :/

Love this series!

I love the writing style of this author! These stories are so entertaining! It's great when the book is over and you realize you have been listening for 10 hours and didn't even know it! I love audiobooks. It allows me to get my daily routine finished and my book fix too. It's funny when I'm in public I tend to turn the volume down some when they are in a sex scene...like the people around me could hear it! Haha

Narrator has a sexy voice, and can do different voices in the same type of accent.

Bowen was one of my favorite characters so i was happy when this book came out - though the back and forth between the 2 of them goes on a bit too long, its still a very enjoyable story. again the narrator does a wonderful job.

Immortals After Dark is one of my favorite series! I have listened to the entire series several times starting from the beginning to the new releases but I have to say that Bowen is one of my favorite hunks!

I loved this story. One of the best in the series. Highly recommend this book.
