Love those KGI boys!

The heroine, Shay, of this story is telepathic and accidentally connects with Nathan, one of the Kelly boys while he's being held as a captive in Afghanistan. She takes his pain for him and helps his brothers find and rescue him. Once he's home, Nathan is despondent because he doesn't know where she is or how to find her- until she reconnects mentally in a call for help. As Nathan races to her rescue the Kelly Group prepares to stand behind their brother and the woman he came to love before he ever met her. Romantic and suspenseful! Narration was exc.

Whispers In The Dark

This is a long involved book on audio. I liked it very much. The characters are all real to life and the secondary chAracters work well.

Not a fan of the new twist

I didn’t love the telepathy stuff. I listened all the way through and though it was a decent book it was by far my least favorite in the series so for. Struggling to decide if I want to read the next one about Grace or not...

Whispers in the Dark

In this story in the KGI series you will read about Nathan and Shea. He had been captured and severely beaten. Just when he had given up hope she came to him to give him hope. She was able to help in his escape and get him back home. But who is she? Where is she? Shea is a special person on the run. she can not trust anyone. But when she is in need she reaches out for Nathan once more. But it will take the entire KGI family to keep her alive. The narration kept me listening till the end.

PHEW - MB REALLY OUTDID HERSELF WITH THIS ONE

When you finish one of MB's KGI books you really feel like you've been through an emotional roller-coaster and come off spinning, exhausted but exhilarated - only to happily find out that you've got another one ready and waiting for you to eagerly hop onto for another wild ride.

This series has everything a romance lover wants and by the bucketful - a great mind blowing emotional plot, hunky alpha men ready to battle and even die for their love, an interesting cast of secondary characters, nerve racking tension, likeable heroines, passion, sex and a talented narrator who breathes life into each character and emotion into every event. You're so drawn into each of the Kelly brothers and their plight that you too feel the disappointments, anger and anguish as things go wrong but you also share in their joy when things go right.

They just keep getting better, this has been my favourite so far but I'm sure I'm going to be saying that about the next one which is thankfully loaded up and ready to play.

Worth a credit? Oh errr let me think about that? Well, that would not only be a YES, but a HELL YES - and maybe the question should be 'worth losing a night's sleep over?' and the answer to that question would again be YES.

Good Romance, Nice Narrator

The narrator's voice sounds very nice and he differentiates the different voices quite nicely and makes the story easy to follow. The writer's Kelly series is a good romantic suspense series. The psychic bend in this book is handled well and makes it believable.

Great story, great narration!

First time I've heard this narrator-went looking for more books he has narrated. I have read the first 3 books in this series and am waiting to see what happens with Joe and Van. Great series if you like romance, humor & action.
