Publisher's summary

How much is too much to love?

Travis Maddox learned two things from his mother before she died: Love hard. Fight harder.

In Walking Disaster, the life of Travis is full of fast women, underground gambling, and violence. Just when he thought he was invincible, Abby Abernathy brings him to his knees.

Every story has two sides. In Jamie McGuire's New York Times best seller Beautiful Disaster, Abby had her say. Now it's time to see the story through Travis's eyes.

Better than Abby’s tale!!

I enjoyed Beautiful Disaster. The story was ok but the narration was what held me. Walking Disaster was even better!! The narration of this book was excellent. The emotion that he was able to convey was enthralling.

Looking forward to more from Jamie McGuire

Walking Disaster: Disaster, Book 2 is a great follow-up to "Beautiful Disaster":Book 1 as the story is told from the point of view of Travis! It is really fun to read the same basic events as told by both the leading female and male, granting the reader two perspectives. I am looking forward to more from the author, Jamie McGuire. She tells her stores with great description and vivid emotions that are expressed through engaging characters.

Dan BIttner did an amazing portrayal of Travis, as well as the entire cast of Walking Disaster. I could listen endlessly to his narration.

Definitely credit worthy! Enjoy...

Loved this book!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Walking Disaster to be better than the print version?

Not really as I was not a huge fan of the narrator's voice in this version versus the girl's voice who read Beautiful Disaster. But it was still fun to listen to.

What other book might you compare Walking Disaster to and why?

Well obviously Beautiful Disaster as it's from Abby's POV. This book allows you to get a glimpse into Travis and what makes him tick. Also, you get to experience the anguish, love, passion, and longing he has to be with Abby and how much he truly loves her.

What about Dan Bittner’s performance did you like?

He was good with the emotion in Travis' voice during certain parts, but it seemed that during other major parts in the book, his emotion was not portrayed correctly as to how Travis was really feeling.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The entire book moved me, but I really enjoyed getting to know Travis a little more from the inside, versus what Abby saw on the outside. You can really tell that he was in love with her from the second he saw her and decided to take on the challenge of Abby.

Absolutely amazing!

What did you love best about Walking Disaster?

Dan Bittner brought this book to life! Jamie McGuire is a major genius... This was a really good story.

What did you like best about this story?

The characters are lovable. I don't ever remember college being like that.it Sometimes it felt a little petty. But you get lost in it. I did have a roommate with a boyfriend named Travis with tattoos and precincts ... Kinda funny

What does Dan Bittner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Omg! I fell in love with his voice... He made cursing sexy

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The first chapter made me cry.
