Wonderful book

Great book. Loved every minute of it. Author did a great job and so very life like. I could imagine every scene she described. Kudos!

I was suprised

This book greatly surprised me by how much I enjoyed it. I rarely read love stories and I don't read Christian fiction very often. so I admit I wasn't expecting to get a lot of pleasure from this book.

But I did, I really enjoyed the two main characters their flaws, the things that they struggled with, and how they came to know one another.

I enjoyed the Christian aspect of the book because it wasn't overly preachy, like so many other Christian fiction books can be. these people lived thier religion in a very natural and normal way, and I enjoyed that.

it would've gotten 5 stars, but hey I need to save those for really really good books.

sweet, strong, tender

Who was your favorite character and why?

Levi was my favorite character, but I liked Eden an awful lot, too... and I liked the two of them together...

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I *really* didn't like the fight scene towards the end of the book... I mean, I *really* didn't like it. It felt like a "no win" situation, and I feel a lot of tension, even now, just thinking about it. (I do believe in self defense, and it made me crazy that he wouldn't fight, but at the same time, it probably would've gotten him killed if he had raised his fists... Still, how can I respect a man who wouldn't fight for his life? Would he fight for me?)... Since I enjoyed the rest of the story so much, I choose to pretend this fight scene either didn't happen, or didn't go down the way it was written...

One of Her Best

This story is a wonderful example of the transforming power of forgiveness and living out the gospel in real life. Excellent story and superb narration.

Easy listening

This was a great story and while it was easy listening I was engrossed and found the story playing in my mind when I wasn’t listening.

Great story with very rich characters!
I enjoyed listening to them grow as people and fall in love. Also, the narrator is a skilled storyteller.
