An enjoyable, easy read

Where does The Rose Garden rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

One of the best I've read.

What other book might you compare The Rose Garden to and why?

The writer's story is similar to the style of Kate Morton, who's books are enjoyable and have hidden twists and intrigue.

What about Nicola Barber’s performance did you like?

Nicola is gentle and understands and expresses the personalities of the characters.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No.

Any additional comments?

This book got me through many tedious tasks which would otherwise have overwhelmed me.

She does it again.

Another amazing story by susana kearsley. But she’s, by far, my favorite author. Time travel, fear, love, grief and choices.

I'm a sucker for time travel

First book I listened to by this author and loved it. it's a little different from other time travel books I have read and listened to. The going back and forth in time was different but I really enjoyed the story. Nice ending.

The only problem was that it ended

I really enjoyed this story. The only problem I had with it was that I wanted to her more of it at the end.

Stayed up very late to finish listening.

Would highly recommend this book. I liked it even better than Winter Sea. Romance, suspense, intrigue..it's all there.

Story is great; narration, not so much.

Hate to be critical of someone, but this narration is really awful.....she slips up between accents and voices and I never felt like the accent was correct on most anyone. I had just finished listening to The Shadowy Horses, also by Susanna Kearsley, and the narration on it was so good, this was honestly difficult to continue listening to even though the story was really interesting.
