This is another fun addition to the pride series. I love the dysfunction and that not everything is prissy and serious in these book. Sometimes you need to have a quirky story to even things up. I laughed every time Mitch was hungry and I laughed when the men tried to have a tug-a-war with the alligator. There is no mating in this book, were as in the first three stories that was a big deal for the characters, I thought that was weird. I was a little leery of Sissy Mae because I wasn't sure I would like her, she was on the line for me with the other books. In the end I grew to like her. These book should be read in order to get the full effect. My only complaint is with the action scene I wish there had been more action or drama and that it wasn't over with so quickly. I find that the accent from the Bronx to grate on my nerves some, but other than that I liked the narrator.

Another wonderful INCLUSIVE shifter love story!

Shelly Laurenston is a wonderful paranormal story writer. She ALWAYS has a diverse type of shifters of different races, skin tones & ethnic cultures involved in her stories. Her group makes "family" out of loyalty and love with sometimes blood ties. This was another funny, snarky and action filled love story that will keep anyone entertained. BRAVO again.. Shelly stories are definitely worth the money/credit.

Fun series

I believe the narration has been great and the book is fun nothing serious but good to keep on the back shelf when still looking for that great book. I've enjoyed it and the series so far

What a mixed up bunch of shifters and I love them all! The personalities are to die for! A little bit of intrigue, some mystery and a whole lot of love! Can’t wait to hear the next one!

So much fun and exciting to read

This is such a fun and exciting story. It does feel like there is more to tell though. Enjoyed every single character and the shifter world just got so much bigger. I can’t wait to dig into the next books.

Funny, funny, funny!

This story is different from the first two books, I like the fact she strayed from the relentless pursuing of the female who refuse to be married or act like they didn't want to the male when they actual do. It's more of a friendship between Sissy-Mae (wolf) and Mitchell (lion) who are slowly discovering they really like each other.Throughout the story, there are sexual overtures back and forth between Mitch and Sissy. But, there is almost no SEX just a really good story between two people. I really enjoy Shelly Laurenston stories.
