listening better than reading

I have read this first book of Showalters years ago and found it hard to follow and all the characters hard to keep in mind. I gave the audible version a try since I'm curious about the other hunks stories and main story too. Somehow listening, by a very decent voice actor, made the picture much clearer. Thank you for making this available and I will be listening to more of this series.

Love this series! Have listened multiple times.

Because of this series, Gena Showalter is a must read for me. Damaged alpha males, romantic story lines, humor and lots of action. I am a happy listener.

confusing at times

It was a cool story, at times it was really hard to know which character was speaking and/or thinking! I just a got really confusing.
which is why I only gave 3 stars

different but I'll bite

need to read a few more books to decide if it's my thing. the hunters are everywhere and must be stopped

I have to say between 1-10 its a 6.

the bonding between the male and female, and the fact that they help with each others demons.

the scene when our heroine meets that godess, she is a pisser.

at times it made me chuckle out loud, it kinds reminded me a little of the BDB.

Love this series

I am absolutely in love with this series and own them all on hard copy. Rediscovering thus series through Audible has been great. Gena Showalter is such a great writer.

Max Bellmore does awesome keeping all the characters straight and giving them unique personalities.
