I love Christian fiction and cozy mysteries. I'm blind now, so I listen to all my books.
An appropriate title for this book. The story of Finn and Dana was superb. It was nice to catch glimpses of all the McGregor brothers and their wives. Ms. Hannon does such an excellent job with her characters, the reader gets to know them well. The suspense is always riveting. I preferred the romance in this book better than the previous two. I believe Ms. Hannon achieved what she was aiming for in romance in this book. All of Ms. Hannon's books are fantastic and I look forward to all of them. Ms. Plummer always gives an outstanding performance.
The story line completes the McGregor family saga and has lots of tender details as well as suspense and intrigue. Predictable but in a comforting way, very interesting to follow the love story and nice that it wasn't an off and on again type of thing.
Nice tidy ending.
The narrator changes voices for character and is EXCELLENT. Like a radio drama or something, not just a simple "read it to you" story, you feel like you are really listening in on the action and the movie of it plays right in your mind.
What a great book, full of romance, suspense and faith. I love the MacGregor men and the women they love, this the third in this series was just as good as the others.
Therese Plummet had done a fantastic job with the narration and Irene Hannon had written another great book.
This is a wonderful third story to this series. The story is about the youngest Mcgregor brother who was injured in combat. He heals from the injury and he wants to be alone. He goes to a secluded cabin to get away and bizarre circumstances lead him to a lady in a cabin within walking distance of his house. The store continues. Sweet love story.
