Cliché

I don't think there was a single plot twist in the whole story. Some parts were absolutely cringe worthy.

This book was Worth it. In the beginning you think you know how it is Goning and then it get real buy it and you will laugh and cry I love it.

I've never been so mislead by reviews, before

I was really floored by some of the reviews, after listening to this book. I have a couple of reviewers that I seek out, when considering a book, because their tastes are so much like mine that I am guaranteed an accurate picture; except in this case. There were so many negative comments made about the Hero in this book. Comments about the way he spoke to the Heroine and how stupid she was to respond to his commands.
I am really stunned how many people misread his actions and the underlying emotions that influenced said actions. It was almost like they read a different book. Did Cabe make mistakes in the way he handled their relationship? Hell Yeah! Was he extremely dominant in their sexual play? Hell yeah! But it came across as roll playing to me and every misdeed he made consumed him with guilt. So I say, he is not the monster that many reviewers made him out to be. He had been influence by past betrayals and came through, in the end. I enjoyed the book and am going on to # 2 right now!

What made the experience of listening to Rush the most enjoyable?

I was so into the characters that I forgot it was a man reading!!!Adam Paul is an awesome reader and performer!!! Not to mention the fact that Maya Banks can spin an awesome tale. This book shows how even when you try to run from destiny it sends you right back to where you belong!!! And the love scenes hot hot hot!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Rush to be better than the print version?

I love a good audio book.

Gabe rescues Mia from her own life. Why is it every good story is around someone - preferably rich and hot - rescuing a girl from her life? Believe me the story is good that is just a personal pet peeve. The story and series are worth a read just not a fan of that premise.

Maya never disappoints

I really enjoyed this book. There was definitely some parts it could of gone with out, but overall good easy listen.

LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!

I really enjoyed this book. Finished it in 1 day! I loved that both characters didn't have crazy traumatized pasts and they just like what they like and it's not because of something that happened to them. It was a sweet story with very little drama like the rest of the books in this genre lately. Adam Paul did a good job. Can't wait to listen to Ash & Jace's stories!! Maya Banks is awesome as always!!!

Would you listen to Rush again? Why?

Yes. This story is intense and yes it does have moments that are quite disturbing but it is revealing.

What did you like best about this story?

When Gabe realized the depth of love he actually has for Mia, and Mia's determination to love him through himself.

What about Adam Paul’s performance did you like?

He did a great job portraying the characters and events.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Anything worth having is worth fighting for.

Erotica read like a bedtime story! smh

The story was good but typical Dom falls for strong willed girl Very FSOGish but a bit more Kinky,not so much I'm rich let me show ,which made the story a lil better. But the Narrator made this painful I finished it because I paid for it he was horrible I actually speed up the reading Speed! I had another book in my wishlist of his and deleted it! He ruined it for me, definitely want to see their lives unfold but if he's narrating I'll borrow the book from the library & OH THE HORROR read it myself.

mia , i really liked how she was written she seemed like a real person and how a woman would act if it were a true story , she was relatable i think
