OMG!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE Still laughing!
This was such a funny great story. I think Kristen Ashley is my new fav! Such a great story. Okay, so hilarious! Such a strong quippy woman, love that! Total alpha guy! Can't wait for all these to get onto audible. I will say that the sex scenes are not at all descriptive which is not what I usually go for but the story was fabulous! I love both Liam (Lee) and Indie. The subcharacters were awesome and I can't wait for the rest. I will probably go to kindle land for a while and just read them until they come out here then listen again. Narrator did a great job.

Couldn't get enough of this rock chick
Indy will get onto your heart and you'll love her smart mouth. Lee keeps her in line or will attempt to. I started this story and couldn't stop listening. The story was well written and went by quickly.

What made the experience of listening to Rock Chick the most enjoyable?
I adore Kristen Ashley! I have all her books and when I saw they're now in Audible, I celebrated. Woooohooooo!It was great revisiting the Rock Chicks & Hot Bunch on the first book that started it all. I almost forgot what a hoot Indie Savage was. Her inner musings & monologues had me in stitches.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Rock Chick?
I, not only, fell for Indie & Lee. I enjoyed all the secondary characters like Tex, Duke, Jane, Tod, Stevie, Chowlina & , of course, the hot bunch. And I loved Indie & Ally's friendship. No one does family dynamics like KA. It's something I look forward to in her books.
What does Susannah Jones bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The Kristen Ashley & Susannah Jones collaboration was pure genius! Just brilliant! Susannah captured Indie's personality perfectly. She gave this whole story a new life. Beautifully done.

Indie & Lee's story not only made me laugh. It made me swoon, gave me heart flutters & made me tear up. A mix of all emotions & I totally loved it!

On The Fence
I'm still on the fence. I didn't love it, but I liked it. If you like her style of writing then I'm sure you'll enjoy this book. Some things that made it a "like" instead of "love" are...main character is a bit annoying, story is a bit unrealistic, story lacked the sexual tension that keeps you wanting more. Good things... It's light, funny at times, and an easy listen.

A fun, light hearted listen
Back to do another reread of a favourite series, via the audio's this time. Love Indy and Lee, I'll never get tired of reading/listening to their story. Listening to the audio, I found myself constantly smiling at Indy as she gets up to all of her shenanigans - a nice light hearted listen.

Interesting (but unbelievable) story
If you like Janet Evanovich, you'll like this. I didn't find it as funny as most of Janet's books, but the storyline is farfetched like the Stephanie Plum stories.
I did think Indy is pretty immature throughout the book. Flirting with her boyfriend's best friend right after she had sex? Not realizing she was putting herself and others in danger by investigating herself?? Not my favorite leading lady.
Haven't decided if I'll continue the series. Not sure I can handle any book with other heroines like Indy.
