Born into wealth and privilege, free-spirited Liv Prescott left it all behind when she realized there was more to life than living off of trust funds and barely skating by. Since then, she's worked and fought for everything she's earned and never looked back at the world or the family she left behind.
Jackson Reid is starting over with a new job in a brand new city. A single father to his son Noah, he hopes the change will help strengthen the bond that has seemed to suffer since puberty reared its ugly head. What he hadn't planned on was Liv - his exotic next-door neighbor who drives him insane with her wild, new age lifestyle, but still manages to leave him aching for more.
As challenges arise and feelings intensify, will these neighbors be able to look past their differences and find a middle ground? When love comes knocking, will they be ready, or not?

I love this story and the narrators made it even better!
I really liked how the lead characters, Jackson and Liv, were different from each other yet still fit together and developed an attraction to each other that lead to romance and ultimately a relationship.
This is the first time I've listened to either narrator but I hope to hear them again in the future. Their voices fit the characters perfectly. I like Laura's sweet, feminine but playful voice and I really like Craig's slow, southern drawl he portrays. They really brought the characters to life!
Absolutely, but my job and the need for sleep kept getting in the way!!
Liv and Jackson fall I love and are so different from each other. Both their past come back to cause havoc . All the players from the past play their parts in this fantastic book. Great voices
Say something about yourself!
It was sooooooo Predictable... There was no exciting story line. Just a girl with daddy issues and a single dad who somehow "got her". I gave up with 2 hours to go on the story. I just couldn't waste my time listening to it anymore.
I liked Craig Jessen's voice and the souther drawl but he read WAY TOO SLOW! On the flip side, Laura Jennings read too fast. I found myself constantly adjusting the play speed so that it would be a bit more tolerable to listen to. Also, Laura did a horrible job with the steamy scenes.
I'm not sure. So many of the scenes were just dumb. There were times when Olivia would get upset about something really stupid and I'd find myself feeling like I missed something. Talk about drowning in a cut of water. Sheesh...
love discovering new and exciting authors that surprise me with the written word.
Absolutely, must read the first two book so that you can follow the sequence.
Easy flow of the characters and the story was awesome!
Recommend reading first the Book 1-3 before starting on this one, you will enjoy all of them.
