very funny book and narrator does a great job if you are into vampire romance this is a good one for you

Great series!

I LOVE this series. Each book is so funny. The author and narrator are my absolute favorite pair, so far. I didn't think I would find a series to top the Sookie Stackhouse books, but this one did. The only negative is that I wish there more books, in the series.

I have so enjoyed this series of books. What a refreshing and funny take on being a vampire! It was touching and yet so funny, I laughed aloud many times. And the narrator is one of my favorites! Enjoy!

Yes. It makes me laugh a lot and has a delightful story line.

What does Amanda Ronconi bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She brings life to the main character and the plot.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Sometimes I laughed until I cried.

Any additional comments?

The narrator brings feeling to the characters words. But, if it did not say which character was talking, most of the time I would not know. The difference between male and female voices is sometimes hard to differentiate, much less the difference in same sex voices.

Loved it!

Second book I've listened to in the series, fun way to pass the time while driving ! Will continue the series until I finish it! Recommend for a light hearted read/listen.

Always a Bridesmaid

I ended up buying this second book of the Jane Jameson series on sale because I already had read the first and have the third in my TBR stack, so what the heck. I threw caution to the wind and am glad I did. I forgot how much I missed Molly Harper's sense of humor.

Poor Jane is still trying to figure out her new plot in life as a vampire, while her personal life has turned into a cyclone. She thinks that she may or may not be in love with her sire while at the same time her lifetime male friend is to be married to a local werewolf. The turmoil of fun ensues as her sister is suing her for the family home because she is dead, her best friend, "Zeb's" fiancé wants to be her best friend and her Grandmother may be dating a serial killer.

A fun romp into the comical side of the paranormal. A few good chuckles throughout as cynical Jane try's to figure this all out without seriously hurting someone. I am already onto the third and am enjoying it as well if not more.
