New York Times best-selling authors Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher are back with the much-anticipated, nail-biting sequel to the New York Times best seller Never, Never. "Never forget that I was your first real kiss. Never forget that you'll be my last. And never stop loving me between all of them. Never stop, Charlie. Never forget." Silas races against time as more truths unravel, while others twist tighter together. And now the stakes are higher as Silas' control slips, and others begin to point fingers. Charlie is in trouble, and he must be the one to bridge the chasm between their past and their present. Because somewhere between "I love yous" and "never nevers" and "never agains", a truth they can't imagine beckons to be found. "Where are you, Charlie?"

The book is interesting and keeps you wanting to know what is going on. I do not however like that it is in 3 parts, I guess I should have done more research, I thought it was a trilogy not the same book in 3 small segments. I think I would have waited until the 3 part came out before reading the first two.

Book 2 is wow, I love it. Is it weird that I laughed like a lot; even knowing it’s not really funny Silas is just funny to me?
Charlie & Silas again wake up with no memories, only they are not together. He has no idea what is going on, and its quiet funny in his thoughts if I don’t say so myself. In his car he finds letters and it to him and Charlie, about what has been happening to them. So he starts to get worried as to by Charlie is missing. Her phone and wallet are in his car, and no one has seen her. He finds a letter to him from Charlie and it’s an anti-love letter ‘Not in love. Not at all. Never, Never.’
He feels like he knows Charlie and it’s a connection that he knows is deep. So he has the NEED to find her.
“How is it possible to miss someone you can’t remember?” – Silas
Charlie oh Charlie girl, she wakes up in a room with the door locked. No way of getting out someone brings her pills and meals. She is more confused than ever. But in her dreams she dreams of a boy and her feelings when she wakes is of the boy and wanting to find him.
She is crafty I tell you that I won’t give anything away but just to say the cliffies are super annoying.. lol good thing I can keep reading but I leave you with this gem.
“Until this very second I didn’t know Charlie wasn’t the only one missing. When she disappeared part of me must have disappeared right along with her.” -Silas
Book 3 Here I come!
Book 2 does not end on the intense cliff hanger that part 1 does but still your mind is reeling! What can all of this mean? What is happening? How will they ever figure out why they keep losing their memories? Now there is a new question, why are they dreaming memories of each other? I am off for the final story and cannot wait to see where it takes me now!!!
still just that it should be 1 book
I'm not quite sure yet. I REALLY want to know what's happening and I think after the part 3 I will have a better idea
Yes. the narrators were really good!
you get more information in this book (even though you still really don't know what's going on. It's getting more intense and their getting closer to figuring things out...I think
Seriously, why is this not just one book? I am beginning to feel a bit inconvenienced by all of this. On the upside: I am thanking my lucky stars that I started this "trilogy" after all three parts had been written so I don't have to wait to find out what the heck is going on.
Giving a rating at this point is entirely unfair (but I did). I don't think you should rate a book until you have read the whole thing, but since this is how the authors want to play it, I have given this section of the book a 2.5 Star rating because I'm still confused and I still don't have answers and the story only moved forward a little bit between part one and part two.
The story is great, and the narration is awesome, but this is way too short to be called a book. It seems more like a few short chapters, especially since it doesn't have any real ending or resolution. How many more "parts" are we going to have to buy to get the full book? I feel like I've been duped into the authors' marketing ploy.
We find Silas where we left off in book 1 in desperate need to find Charlie, but with a new twist, his memory is wiped again. Everything they learned in book 1 was erased. Now he must rely on the notes they've taken and a close ally he can confide in to help piece it all together. He has no choice - Charlie is missing and it's up to Silas to actually find her.
Colleen and Tarryn never disappoint. Holy cow, just when you think you've got something figured out, *wham*, they hit you with another twist. Book 2 reads a bit faster than the first, so I was able to finish it in a day...(more like I couldn't put it down). It's certainly more Silas-POV heavy, but we get to see a little bit more about who "the old Silas" was before losing his memory, so these parts are good. It's apparent these two love each other, even when they don't even know who the other person is...but the heart knows what it wants.
This one ends with a cliffhanger too, but not nearly as steep as the one at the end of book 1.
"noooooooo don't go, I want more"
I am so hooked and need more. the story is great and captivating can't wait to hear more, makes me feel like I am there with them.
