This one is a Doozie!!!!

I own this book in a hardback copy never listened till now and of all Ms Garwood's Books this one is the best story ever it has all good intrigued enough romance and funny situations that makes this story well balance the explicit language was required and well annunciation by the narrator she was never flat and use the correct sounds and made characters come really alive,this would be a great television mini series or an actual small budget movie, I hope that Ms Gardwood's next book that I will purchase has the same elements as this one,great story to listen,and for those people that will buy this book also I recommend the next book, that brings these characters together again and listen is also a great story is Kill joy, buy it you won't regret it.

Story good - Narrator horrible

The Cajun accent was horribly atrocious as were the other accents. Story itself was good.

Great storyline

Loved the storyline and character development but could do without the accents. Most of the narration was on target, but the accents were very unnatural sounding and sometimes hard to understand.

In paperback, yes....in audio - NO!!! Not sure where Christina gets her idea of the accents, but it is/not a good resource. Her accents are just BAD and all wrong and made listening to an otherwise good story difficult.

love this narration, have read the book several times as I have all of JG books, but especially liked the accents in this one. great story, next, John Pauls book.
