Fantastic 😍

It met all my expectations. The narrator was very pleasant to listen to and the story line kept you guessing. I have listened to it five times so far and will probably listen to it at least five more times. It is my all time favorite book.

My favorite out of the series.

Narrative is exactly how I imagined when I read. Story has always been great but that voice is incredible! LOVE LOVE LOVE! !!

Amazing

I have read and listen to so many love novels, and this is by far one of the best, had me crying, laughing and crying again, definitely worth my time❤️👍❤️👍❤️

Devastatingly Romantic Rollercoaster

Possibly my favorite romance novel EVER! Carefully laid and exhilarating twists and turns we’re thrilling! I’ve never cried and laughed so much with a book. Karen Marie Moning is masterful at weaving a captivating story and Phil Gigante is sublime perfection with his delivery. I’ve enjoyed his voice through many novels. Would give them each 100 stars if I could!

Simply the best

I’ve been listening to the Highlander series in order and I’ve enjoyed them all. For some reason when I read the description for Kiss of the Highlander, I wasn’t that impressed but it was next in line so I plunged in. Oh my goodness! This is my very favorite story thus far! The story line is captivating and I loved the twists and turns. There’s passion and true, deeply sincere love between the characters. And, it’s funny. I listen as I commute and I know the folks around me in traffic thought I was strange because I was either laughing out loud or driving with a huge smile on my face. I loved it! Does the science behind the story stand true? Don’t know, don’t care. It’s a story and it made the story possible, which is enough for me. I enjoyed the performance. I thought the story was intriguing and imaginative. I love the characters and their relationship. It was simply the best!

I never write reviews

As the title of my review eludes, this is my first review. I would have given this audio book 5 stars were it not for the narrators female voice...ugh! It takes awhile to get use to and it never really stops grating on your nerves. I read in another review it compared to a drag queen, and I must say that pretty much hits the nail on the head. HOWEVER, I still highly recommend this book. The narrators male voice is intoxicating and compensates for the irritation of the female voice. Oh, how I wish they had used two narrators, I would have been in audio book heaven. I have never read nor heard of this series and am only a little over 2 hours in, but I already love this book.

Expect to fall in love

Would you consider the audio edition of Kiss of the Highlander to be better than the print version?

Yes! Phil Gigante's rich sexy burr makes Drustan come alive. I loved the book, but phew! Listen to it is almost like watching it on screen. Wow!

What about Phil Gigante???s performance did you like?

I love this modern day Alice in wonderland story. This time Alice falls down the rabbit hole and finds herself a sexy time traveling highlander. This book made me want to go to Scotland and fall into a hole of my own. I love the rich use of Scottish legend combined with modern day, the contrast was fun and sexy. A must read! Followed by Dark Highlander and then The immortal Highlander.

I love hearing about the Fey and the highlanders they are so amazing and Karen seem to have unlimited talent and imagination or maybe this is true???? if so are there any more where they came from? Thanks
