When reserved flight attendant Bianca gets one look at billionaire hotel owner James Cavendish, she loses all of her hard-won composure. For a girl who can easily juggle a tray of champagne flutes at 35,000 feet in three inch heels, she finds herself shockingly weak-kneed from their first encounter. The normally unruffled Bianca can't seem to look away from his electrifying turquoise gaze. They hold a challenge, and a promise, that she finds impossible to resist, and she is a girl who is used to saying no and meaning it.
Bianca is accustomed to dealing with supermodels and movie stars in her job as a first class flight attendant, but James Cavendish puts them all to shame in the looks department. If only it were just his looks that she found so irresistible about the intimidating man, Bianca could have ignored his attentions. But what tempts her like never before is the dominant pull he seems to have over her from the moment they meet, and the promise of pleasure, and pain, that she reads in his eyes.

I love being swept away by a new romance and thankfully Audible's ever growing Library means I get to indulge myself over and over again
As the sexy, handsome, charming, demanding, Billionaire James (aka Mr. Beautiful) pursues the beautiful Virgin Stewardess Bianca he slowly introduces her to the pleasures of his BDSM lifestyle as well as his caring nature. And 'bang', right from the start, I was captivated with all the characters, the descriptive scenes, the dialogue and the enjoyable storyline.
Books 2 & 3 are loaded ready to be played and I'm desperate to listen so I've got to make this quick.... it's emotional, romantic, touching, painful, exciting, very hot and the storyline is filled with likeable/loveable deep characters and the odd bitch or two.
Worth a credit? Oh Yesssiree, great author, decent narrator and a storyline that ticked all my boxes.
I made it about 4 hours into this book before I HAD to stop reading. There is no romance, no build-up, no tension! If you loved 50 Shades, you'd probably love this book - just replace recent college grad klutz with poised flight attendant then swap the childhood abuse from Mr. Grey over to the female main character. I was just BORED.
Sales career / married 40 years with 5 grands, I like wholesome romance or mystery type books. I also enjoy self help or motivational books
I loved this book but the submission and hitting was a bit much for me. No way people do this stuff is there?!!
I'm a bit of a bookaholic, always looking for a new book to add to my collection.
What I liked best was how it wasn't going to be a happy ending for the story, and also how Bianca took charge in the end even though it ended with a surprise visit from her father.
How different it was from other BDSM stories I've read. Honestly at first I was expecting this to be similar to 50 Shades of Grey.
When the rowdy red eye fliers were all but given an a** kicking from Mr. Cavendish.
When it came to the section when Bianca's past came back or when her father made a reappearance at the end that was when it made me jump out of my skin and made me want to listen to the rest of the story.
I love corny romance novels of all kinds, but I didn't like this very much at all! I laughed through a few of the sex scenes, and a lot of the behaviors of James really creeped me out. Also, while the narration was good, it sounded as if it was being recorded from within the narrator's mouth, which got annoying. There was entirely too much swallowing and mouth-moving noises.
I'm torn. I'm not sure how to review this. The story was good, I'm not sure I want to keep going though. I don't feel super connected to the characters. I loved their chemistry. The narrator has a great voice, I'm just not sure it was a good fit for this character. I felt she sounded older than she was in the story.
This is not an original storyline but I did enjoy listening to it and the narrator's performance is very good. It's a romance so expect some unrealistic dialogue and HOT sex scenes. Storyline is a bit predictable and as I mentioned follows similar theme as Fifty Shades so the ending to this book almost exactly follows that series. I found it entertaining nevertheless.
This is good, but Bianca is somewhat frustrating. Her indifference to James, her obliviousness to the obvious is annoying as hell. These moments just make you want to punch her the face.
