This is the third installment of the Modern Arrangements Trilogy. Lillian Snowe has been seduced, wedded, and bedded by the reformed playboy turned husband. Aidan Iverson III finally has his wife and unborn children home, where he can participate in their lives and protect them. But when hurdle after hurdle is thrown in the way of their happily ever after, will they be able to survive betrayals, lies, and the realization that they may really be meant for each other after all?
Join Lillie and Aidan as they fight to prove to their unknown enemy, and to themselves, that they are more than the contract they signed.

I love contemporary romance novels!
I loved that the book went into their future 15 years. I have listened to over 253 books and this book by far out ranks the others because of the in depth coverage of their future, it just ended more completely for me. This books narration style ranks very high for me as well because it read as a play with 2 narrators acting against each other as opposed to a narrator who has to play both male and female characters in a scene. I believe this narration style helps the performers stay true to the character's emotions in the moment, instead of them focussing on trying to perform other gendered voices.
Spoiler alert..........the children. I love that Aiden and Lilly adopted Cole and she took him in and she treated him as her own child and that they also had children of their own. I love that Aiden fell in love first and wasn't afraid to remind her of his love even though she did not say it back for quite awhile.
Awesome emotional performances! It doesn't read as well when a character cries on paper. Then the love scenes are different too because the performances make it jump off the page!
Yes, yes, yes! Tears, laughter, frustrations, swoons and hot flashes, all throughout this book.
This wasn't as funny as the first two installments, but handled the switch to drama very well. Overall a very good trilogy. I'll probably listen to them again around Christmas.
Absolutely! It was a great listen.
The first two books in the series!
The finale! That was by far the best ending I've listened to in a while.
The narrators did such an amazing job! The author was exceptional in her writing technique. Not many authors can pull off multiple POV's in a one book, much less a series, and not confuse the audience. Absolutely worth a credit!
the pace of the narrator was way too slow, I almost fell asleep
Only if the Naratter is someone different
anyone but them
good series, but the nattator was just my cup a tea. they spoke with no emotion and spoke way to slow
