    "Genvieve"

Amazing...Eric Jerome Dickey delivers a well written, explict story line that keeps you engaged throughout the novel and as always his endings are truely unexptected. His characters are so complicated and he manages to tell about each of them so you walk away feeling as if you know them. Because of my busy life I would not have an opportunity to enjoy his writings if not for the majic of audio books.

    "One Word....Beautiful!!!"

From chapter one until the end of the book I was totally enthralled. The author has captured every emotion in the characters he presented. The story line well thought of and chronicled to invite an audience to become captivated by the emotions that rack the main characters lives.

A story about hurt, pain fear and the struggle of owning an identity is immensely brought out.

The narrator. I was skeptical at first, as I am with male narrators doing female voices. However Richard Allen was magnificent. He understood what Dickey wanted to tell about the characters and he brought everyone to life. He gave each character an identity and he made their situations real and believable. Even the sex scenes were not raunchy sounding but exciting, stimulating and made you want to listen to his voice for ever.

Definitely one of my top favourites from Audible and truly a must listen!!

    "Genevieve Review"

Eric Jerome Dickey is just as sexy as he can be lol. Well I enjoyed this book in totality. What touched me the most was how (and I'll try not to give anything away) both main characters had to revert back to child hood. It was so sweet. I never realize how much I enjoy one of his novels until I have time to reflect afterward. Great Read...I recommend this book...

Would you consider the audio edition of Genevieve to be better than the print version?

    Yes

    Which scene was your favorite?

    The ending

    Any additional comments?

The tone, language and overall content of this audiobook is amazing. Plot twists and greater character development. It seems like a romance novel but the more you read the more you discover that there is so much more. The layers of this novel are infinity and exciting to peel back.

"Emotional Roller Coaster... with a big twist"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would recommend this audio book to anyone. The story captivated my heart, and took away my breath a few times. And then at the end the very thing I jumped in the air about.. ended up being the very thing I forgot about.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Genevieve?

When Genevieve began to pull away her layers.

    Which scene was your favorite?

Genevieve brother and wife fighting, and her screaming, ''it was a black woman that wrote the matrix." Lol.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The sex scenes... omg!! and then what the protagonist was feeling in every moment.

    Any additional comments?

I mean it's Eric Jerome Dickey. It felt great to read a book that shows his emotional Cancer water energy throughout it like "Between Lovers''.

Simply complicated. I like a little fiction in my life to break it all up. No time to read anymore so now I listen to my books.
