Look for E L James’s passionate new love story, The Mister, available now.

When unworldly student Anastasia Steele first encountered the driven and dazzling young entrepreneur Christian Grey it sparked a sensual affair that changed both of their lives irrevocably. Shocked, intrigued, and, ultimately, repelled by Christian’s singular erotic tastes, Ana demands a deeper commitment. Determined to keep her, Christian agrees. Now, Ana and Christian have it all—love, passion, intimacy, wealth, and a world of possibilities for their future. But Ana knows that loving her Fifty Shades will not be easy, and that being together will pose challenges that neither of them would anticipate.

Ana must somehow learn to share Christian’s opulent lifestyle without sacrificing her own identity. And Christian must overcome his compulsion to control as he wrestles with the demons of a tormented past. Just when it seems that their strength together will eclipse any obstacle, misfortune, malice, and fate conspire to make Ana’s deepest fears turn to reality.

This book is intended for mature audiences.

Beautiful story of healing

Would you consider the audio edition of Fifty Shades Freed to be better than the print version?

I listened to the Triology, I did not read the print version.

What other book might you compare Fifty Shades Freed to and why?

I have not read any romance books let alone erotic fiction so I can't compare.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Absolutely, it broke my heart.. and I held my breath most of the Triology praying Christian would not slip back into S & M. That he could allow himself to find healing and to be loved.

Any additional comments?

To me it is a wonderful love story about a broken, tortured young man that found real love for the first time and this love begins to heal him. And it is about a young woman that fell in love for the first time and the person she loves happens to be very broken. It shows her committment and fortitude to this person and shows how she refuses to give up on their relationship and how she is determined to make it work. Her attitude of stickto-itiveness is a lost art. I feel that the story shows that they are walking through their pain and darkness together into the light of a loving, trusting relationship. I have never read/listened to heavy romance novels, let alone an Erotic Fiction book before, but I am a child of the sixties so I was not ignorant of this world ; but knowledge and expertise are two different things, so I blushed a number of times needless to say, but then again, I also blushed (died) in the movie "The Graduate" when it first came out! Therefore there were too many sex scenes for me, but if you are into this kind of reading for the sex you should enjoy it. I did not consider this hard core S and M, or what I understood S and M to be. I would not recomend this reading for the young and the innocent.. TMI!! :-) Good luck in your read.

A fantastic set of books.

If you could sum up Fifty Shades Freed in three words, what would they be?

A fantastic set of books. I love the first and the second books the best. The love story is unbelievable. So much better than the movie. I read all three books in four days.

Better than the first novel

This book helped me understand why she wrote the first book. This book provided the redeeming quality that was so lacking in the first book. I still don't like the term "murmuring or murmured."it greats on my nerves.

TAKE ME NOW

What did you like best about this story?

The formation of the characters and touching the boundaries of the author. It kept me listening and when I could not listen I was reading. I couldn't put it down I needed to know more and to be transported to their world.

Fifty Shades of Gray series--wasn't what I thought?

I held off reading the series because I was under the impression it was one of those book that had no real storyline. I thought it was going to be another book about porny plots and role play. For which, I had no interest in.

Boy! I was wrong. I found the story, the wonderful characters and, the way it was written to show brilliancy and class.

Therefore, for all you skeptics out there....stop assuming and read it for yourself. You too just might find it wasn't what you thought and kick yourself for not reading it sooner.

I loved how the writer developed these two characters to embrace each other's good and bad sides. To love unconditional with deep expressions.

I lest liked in some areas of the story; Anna seems whiny and immature.

However, the story was still exciting and such a joy to read it was definitely a big fat 5 star in my opinion!
