If you just want to listen for fun - this is it

Fun and Funny!!

Being a die hard Romance reader - now and then I enjoy taking a break from serious, arduous romance novels to take pleasure in something lighter. Molly Harper never disappoints. Driving Mr Dead will steep your interest and amuse, to say the least.

I enjoyed this story so much that I have since gifted it to many friends, as well as 'The Care and Feeding of Stray Vampires'.
Do yourself a favour and take a delightful trip with Miranda's quick-witted dry humour and Colin's contemptuous dry personality. And journey down this mismatched, entertaining road of charming courtship.

P.S. Amanda Ronconi's narration is faultless in bringing the story and protagonist's to life.
P.P.S. Listening warning - not recommended on morning commutes to work, many LOL moments are sure to beget your embarrassment in public areas.
P.P.S. You will appreciate Post Scripts by chapter four.

A nice Quick listen rather than read. The narrator does a good job of hooking you into the roles of the characters and the story is fun and entertaining.

This new entry into the Hollow Vampires was so much fun to listen to. If this was a book one is reading it would be hard to put down, and even harder to pause & stop listening to. The constant situations described are done with such reality & hilarity - that it's an extremely captivating listen of the adventures of our Heroine. The narrator is wonderful & she perfectly nails the constant on goings of the journey made. A very fun story in this tale by Molly Harper White & narrated by Amanda Ronconi. They are a perfect team.

This one was just as good as any of her other Jane Jamison reads - a wonderful narrator. Perfect characterization that makes the story come to life.

This was about the most disappointing book I've listened to in several years. Perhaps it's the inevitable comparison with the Twilight books, and this, to me, was quite inferior. The character development was very shallow. The story, overall, was simple and superficial; very lacking in depth. It was entertaining enough that I finished, but only just. The narration was very pleasant, and that helped.

One hilarious mishap after another

I had to keep listening to find out what crazy thing would happen next. Amanda Ronconi's narration was amazing, as always. She brings the characters to life, each with a different voice and speech pattern. I highly recommend this book when you need a good laugh and to escape from reality for a bit.

Certainly amusing. Fun read. Hilarious antics. Great to see characters from the other storylines again.
