What did you love best about Driving Mr. Dead?

The author has such a great sense of humor. Not many books make me laugh out loud. I also like how she ties her books together. I hope she keeps coming up r with more!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Driving Mr. Dead?

Driving the bat mobile into the crevice. It was hysterical.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Definitely.

Very Entertaining

This book is hilarious. Miranda gets into one zany mishap after another, most of which are not her fault. I like the way she handles her self actualization finally. I laughed as much in this book as I do when reading Janet Evanovich.

Excellent to listen to while driving

Where does Driving Mr. Dead rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book is funny and entertaining, so it rates right around the middle. Its excellent to listen to on my long commute, because no matter how bad traffic is, Miranda is always having a worse day, and her good-naturedness about what a mess her life is generally makes you feel better.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Miranda. She's so cheerfully accepting of what a train wreck her life is, that it just makes you like her all the more.

What does Amanda Ronconi bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I really like Amanda's readings - it makes me feel like I'm listening to a friend tell me about her day.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Its all fun and games until the vampire drives, and then its just funny.

Near the top of my favorite books. downloaded on a whim but will definitely get more of Molly Harper

What other book might you compare Driving Mr. Dead to and why?

It's not a book I would normally get, but took a chance on something new. It paid off in an amusing way.

What does Amanda Ronconi bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She really captured Miranda and she was a great performer

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I loved Collin driving the SUV off the cliff....

loved it!!!

I was already a big fan but after this book... WOW!. It was different as I sat waiting to hear about James new adventures there were a lot of new characters. no Jane in this one but very pleased to meet the new characters of Half Moon hollow. Very upbeat and snarky, I can't wait to meet all the People/vampires of "Half Moon Hollow " !!!!!!

Funny

It kept me smiling and chuckling at times, but often times with this writer/narrator I found my mind wondering. I find it very annoying, since I'll have to back tract a few chapters when I realized I hadn't a clue what was happening in the book. Might be the writing or the narrator.

Light bit of fluff

This was an easy listen due to the great narration. If the narrator hadn't been this good, I don't know if the book would have "grabbed" me. It was rather predictable, but moments were very funny. It is a short audio book, and if one is looking for an easy read, this would be a good choice. It was my first Molly Harper book, and since I like a little more meat in the audio books I listen to, I probably won't purchase another.

A good listen while sewing

Likeable. That's the one word that comes to mind. The charactera were likeable, the plot likeable, etc. I will probably listen to other Half Moon Hollow books.

I'll read more

Thoroughly enjoyable. Characters are lluminous and entertaining. Many unexpected twists. I think I'll look for more of Ms. Harper's work.
