But was he truly a stranger - or did Kayden know her before his supposed rescue? Tormented by the potential betrayal he denies, with fleeting memories of a bombshell in her recent past, Ella must face a hard reality. Every action has consequences...and trusting Kayden, the one thing she most desires, might result in the direst consequences of all.

I just have to roll my eyes and say 'really' when someone writes in a review that a fiction book was not realistic...come on now 'really'
After waiting for 5 months there's another frigging cliffhanger and not much revealed. The third book better be damn good or I'm returning the whole series.
Elizabeth Louise give a great performance.
Omg I loved it I mean to late the book with someone reading it was amazing but the series was outstanding I think Lisa Renee Jones out did herself with these book but then to throw in audio just made it over the top if I could give it more than five stars believe me it'd be worth it
5 Crazy Ass Must Read/Listen Stars!!!!
*MUST READ DENIAL FIRST.*
I don't know how I miss the release of this book. I had it on my stalking list. I'm sure my oversight is due to my book whorish ways.
This book picks up right where Denial left off with Ella holding a gun on Kayden. Holy Moly! I had to go back and skim through denial to get a refresher after just listening to the preface of the book. It'd been over a year and 400+ books in between. The second go round was no less intriguing and had chomping at the bit for this book even more.
The narrator did an amazing job with all the character giving each one their own distinctive voice and bringing them all to life. Very impressed with Elizabeth Louise storytelling.
I don't want to give anything away because I don't want to take away from the suspense of it all. Lisa Renee did an amazing job weaving everything together keeping me on the edge of my seat throughout. Seriously, I got so into the story while folding laundry, that at quite a few points I was wringing shirts, towels, and the like.
I felt more connected to Ella and Kayden in this book. Maybe it was the audiobook but I felt Lisa gave them more life.
I can't wait to get my hand on Surrender. There are still so many questions that are killing me.
Ella just keeps proving whata strong character she has
Interactions between her and Caden
She's ok but I would have liked Grace Grant better. I can see why they did it though. just to make it different from inside out
When Ella and Caden declare their love for each other
omg I'm left drooling for more! what another amazing series spiraling from a different amazing series. I can never get enough of Lisa's books!
I'm so excited that Ella is getting her memory back and even though I've know Ella from the beginning if the inside out series I'm stunned just stunned at the cliffhanger at the end of this book telling me there is way more to Ella than I originally thought and I'll have to wait to discover it with her and Kaden. omg holy cow I got a glimpse of Blake anna Cara boy I missed them!
now I wait!
Lisa writes a real complex story this continues from denial a must read first . I love all the twists and turns to the story and it just got even more intriguing can't wait for the finale . The narrator is a excellent choice she really conveys all the different characters and would have me questioning if its the same person , so very happy to give the whole thing a very worthy 5stars
As usual, LRJ weaves such a web of intrigue, puzzling, dramatic suspense into Ella's story that gets one gripped and wanting more.
