Publisher's summary

Since she was a little girl, Emma Grant has always loved romance. So it's really no surprise that she has found her calling as a wedding florist at Vows. She gets to play with flowers every day and work with her three best friends in the process. She couldn't ask for a better job....

And on the surface, Emma's love life seems to be thriving. Slim and sultry, she brings color into every room she enters, just like the arrangements she creates. Though men swarm around her, she still hasn't found Mr. Right. And the last place she's looking is right under her nose.

But that's just where Jack Cooke is. He's so close to the women of Vows that he's practically family. But the architect has begun to admit to himself that his feelings for Emma have developed into much more than friendship. And when Emma returns his passion - kiss for blistering kiss - things start to get complicated at Vows.

Jack has never been big on commitment, though, while Emma yearns for a lifelong love affair. If the two are to find common ground, they must trust in their history - and in their hearts.

Very Sweet!

This book is pure romance. If you are looking for a little suspense or danger with your romance this is not the book for you. But if you like sweet romantic love stories get this book. This is the second book in the series and I have enjoyed both...can't wait until the third book comes out!

Romance at it's finest!

This book is funny and sweet and touching and everything you want in a Nora Roberts novel. I liked it even better than the first book of the series, and I liked that one a lot. Can't wait for the next one!

"Sexy Jack"

What made the experience of listening to Bed of Roses the most enjoyable?

this series is clever as author chose 4 stories and wove them together with fun, laughs and all things good in a heart warming series. This story has the most up beat heroine. #3 has the most independent and #4 the most focused and athletic heroine.
The Soccer game was great!

What other book might you compare Bed of Roses to and why?

The Blue Dalia series if you LOVE flowers as much as author loves to describe them. Too much for me, except she can make the characters sexy and fun.

Which character – as performed by Angela Dawe – was your favorite?

Jack and all the hunky males. She made Carter so sweet, you just wanted to eat him up.
See her read this authors MacGregor series, yum! If you like sexy, Tiffany Snow series she reads, Kade is a hunk!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yup and I listened to book 4,2,3 in that order as I wanted to hear Mal's story. It has been 3 fun filled days of good friends, fun and lots of love. They are true core romance at its best they way author can write them.

Great Book!

Great book, Great Series! Can't wait to read the rest of the series. If I have one complaint it would be the change in the narrator between books, I like the first one better.

Whew...It's all here

No. 1 this is one of the very best narrators. She brings everyone to life.
She caught the flow of this book and performed every part perfectly.
Well written romance. Love this series. When this one is over you just go "AWwwwwe". Lovely. This would of been a good romance...but the narrator knocked it over the fence!

enjoyable

I enjoyed the continued storyline from the first book in the series. I liked how it picked up from where the other one left off, giving a new reader just enough of the background so you didn't necessarily have to read the first book.

Well done.

Any additional comments?

I really enjoyed the entire quartet. Angela's voices for each character was consistent throughout the series. I was actually disappointed to finish.
