When four female angels were created for the archangels Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, and Azrael, a chaos spurned by jealousy erupted, and the archesses were secreted to Earth. The four favored archangels followed, prompting a search that has last millennia. But for Uriel, the former Archangel of vengeance, the search ends the moment he lays eyes on Eleanor Granger, his one true archess. Can he protect her from the danger lying in wait for her - and win her heart?

"With the launch of her new Lost Angels series, Killough-Walden offers... a sizzling novel populated with highly intriguing characters, not the least of which is the "villain." Good story pacing, believable characters and sizzling sex add up to an author and a series to watch!" (Romantic Time)
Day dreaming book lover!
This is the first book of a great paranormal romance series. The narration is outstanding and I absolutely love Mr. Jackson's voice. I have already purchased the rest of the series and look forward to listening to them.
If you are looking for book to make time fly by this is it! This book has it all romance, humor, action, suspense & so much more! Just got the next one!
Easy going listener, I only write reviews is the book is really good or really bad.
no, I just can't take the narrator, hurts my ears.
Finding out about how the 'old man' did things
The, I'm guessing British man who narrates sounds like someone who would be fun to hang around with in a bar, but his voice hurt my ears at times. He would speak softly and I'd turn up the volume, and then his voice would blast my ear drums causing pain. Maybe a softer narrator would be good. Sorry.

The best so far!
The Action and Love!
Gildart did a great job!!
Two Souls Become One
hey :-) My name is Camilla
I was positive surprised by this book
It is quite interesting I liked the characters and I cant wait to follow the story of the rest of the Angels. :-)
If I had to listen to another narration by Gildart it would be tough. It is actually one of the negatives about the Killough-Walden books. He does an horrible job with the voices of the woman in this series and in the Wolf series. Yes I will probably listen to another Killough-Walden book. I think she tends to get a little wordy at times instead getting to the meat of the story. But then again many authors do.I
When Elle was in the garage. Saying any more would give the surprise away.
He is a very dry narrator. I don't feel any passion in is narration and he doesn't do well with the voices of the woman.
It was okay and the concept is interesting enough to listen to the next book. But I do think this book could have been edited down to an eight to ten hr book. Which would heighten the excitement of the story. Sometime's too much is a bore.
I started this series based on Gildart Jackson being the narrater. The story is shallow and far too much in the phrasing "his amazing eyes" every time a different character is speaking. Here is the story, an angel is looking for the one women meant for him and there is a meany that wants her too. Uriel is the main angel in this book and surrounded by his brothers who just stand around while Uriel's lady is kidnapped.
