That is a a Master's and Mercinaries book.
Liam. I just loved his Irish accent.
I have listened to all the Audible books in this series.
Having read the entire series, this one is not my favorite. Don't get me wrong, I still like it a lot. There are just other books in the series I like more. Lots of Hot Sex and a good solid storyline.
The story is great, the characters are well written and I enjoyed the whole series.
Only other Masters and Mercenaries books.
When is Dungeon Royale coming to Audible? LOL
I totally enjoyed listening to this story, love how the author twined all the components so beautifully together love, action, suspense and best of all D/s. Looking forward for the complete Masters and Mercenaries series to be on Audible
I just have to roll my eyes and say 'really' when someone writes in a review that a fiction book was not realistic...come on now 'really'
Lexi Blake has created the perfect series. You can feel the connection and comradely between all the characters. It's like you're in the room with them. They're all Dom's and Submissive's and their also x-military and x-CIA. Now they all work at a security company which also does side jobs for the CIA.
Yes...this book has detailed BDSM, action, mystery, suspense and fun. If you like this type of book you'll love this series. I have every book in the series and have listen to them several times.
Ryan West draws you in with his performance.
Absolutely worth the credit/$$.
This third installment of the Masters and Mercenaries series was really good. Liam is hot and take charge. Avery had self esteem issues but she overcame them with the help of Liam. I would recommend this along with the first two books.
I like the characters so I decided to keep listening to the series, but this is the last one. Maybe authors like Kristen Ashley and Diana Gabledon have ruined me. This was so predictable and I am weary of all the characters having no self esteem. Even the BDSM and the D/s relationships come across as cheesy. In the first three books, I never shed a tear or laughed out loud. I did not become part of the story. This is the level of a harlequin romance; and if that is your thing, go for it.
I love Ryan West, most of the time, but he seriously needs some coaching on his Irish accent. This was a little better than the last one but, putting a D sound in place of a T sound does not make a Irish accent. I'm not sure I would spend a credit on this, wait for a clearance sale.
