AMAZING
This is a free book and and exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been listening to a lot of Afghan, Iraq war books and this is one of my favorites… He’s not a stud Navy Seal, but a regular infantry guy who performed with heroism and honor.
As far as college football, even greater story than Rudy!!

I loved this story
I connected with this on so many levels, except instead of a few years to bouncing back, I'm 15 years out and just now "returning home ". Definitely inspiring and makes me want to start fighting for something greater.

books like this give me hope and motivation
as a veteran that is constantly battling ptsd books like these help me keep fighting and not give in. though hard at times listening to the bad parts hearing his story is motivation to keep putting one step in front of the other.
