Amazing audio book

I’ve been wanting to read this book for so long but thought I may be bored with the paper version. Finally caved and got the audio version. I adored this book. I should not have put off reading it. I’m not one to re read a book but will with this one.

Could not put it down

Narrator intense. Subject intense. Of great depth and clarity regarding the journey into faith in Jesus Christ. Loved it!

Christian classic

Cuts through the dividing lines of denominations and shows the essence of what Christianity is all about. Having Christ . Give this a listen and learn that although there may be differences and preferences in certain aspects of how we worship and live out our lives in Him, it is He that is Preeminent. He is able to gather to Himself all His own, despite what we may think.

Beautiful and still relevant!

This book captivated my attention from the beginning and held it until the end. Lewis explains difficult concepts so simply and elegantly - you can feel God speaking to you through this book. I cannot recommend it enough!

Mere Christianity will challenge your notions

I was so completely challenged by this book and what I, as a long time Christian, thought this book would be about. What I discovered was a way of thought and thinking that should be so obvious but in our hurried and self conscious life, is rarely understood as the way, the only true way, to be a Christian. A truly exceptional and powerful book that I know will continue to challenge me in my life with Christ Jesus.

Practical

Man is decaying- look for Christ and you will find him. This book no doubt will be part of your Christian growth if you allow it to be.
